The apartment IS AIR CONDITIONED, consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 90cm beds and a wardrobe and the other with a 135cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a DOUBLE sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with wonderful views. The residential has the largest garden in La Pineda and PORT AVENTURA 4 km away.

In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building has an elevator, SWIMMING POOLS WITH WATERFALLS, TENNIS COURTS, PIN PON, MINI GOLF, FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL AND CHILDREN'S AREAS

House's rules:

Animals are not accepted

1st. We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towel supplement €4/person.

3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Entry time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 4:30 PM may incur an additional fee.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8ºThe tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

9º Wi-Fi is free.
