The apartment forms part of a beachfront residential complex which boasts a large swimming pool and playground area. The elevator reaches up to the third floor, and the ascent to the fourth floor penthouse involves a short climb up a single flight of stairs.
Renovated to a high standard and tastefully decorated, Apartment Nido is a peaceful and romantic haven for couples or small families. It offers air conditioning / heating throughout, and strong wifi.
At the heart of the apartment is a cosy, open-plan living area, showcasing a state-of-the-art kitchen, comfortable sofa and elegant 4-seater dining table.
Large patio doors fill the room with natural light and lead out to an expansive private roof terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and sea. The outside space is perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the warm Mediterranean sun. Equipped with an elegant 6-seater dining table, brick-built BBQ and outdoor kitchen area.
Inside, the marble-topped kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a culinary feast, you'll find everything you need.
The generously sized, ensuite double bedroom with its built-in wardrobes, high-quality bed and mattress, bedside tables, and lamps offers a sanctuary of comfort and peace. The bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV, ensuring entertainment at your fingertips.
The luxurious bathroom is adorned with a walk-in shower and double jacuzzi bath. Fresh towels, and essential toiletries are also provided for your comfort.
Off-season there is ample parking to be found in the surrounding streets but this does become more challenging during high season. However, this apartment is really a walkers paradise due to its close proximity to the town centre and the beaches. Nature lovers and cyclists will also relish the nearby mountains and scenic trails.
Should you crave the urban allure of Barcelona or the historical charm of Tarragona, an effortless train journey from Vilanova will get you there in just 45 minutes.
The area offers a wealth of parks and watersports facilities, such as windsurfing, surfing, padel surf, and kayaking. Jet skis and boats are readily available for hire at the beautiful marina.

The main guest must complete a brief verification process.
A credit card pre-authorization of 500€is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 10€ applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.
In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.
All guests aged 17 and ove rmust pay a tourist tax of 1€ per person per day, up to a maximum of 7€per person.
