'The room was relatively clean. Just minor things here and there. There was some random string and fabric from a previous guest under the bed. Staff were very kind and arranged a taxi, helped unload and take your luggage up. The guards at the front also provided some peace of mind about safety. 'KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort.'

'Very precious property- badly maintained. Kids play area all broken- Pumpset motor is burnt, AC cooling effecct is very poor, Garden is full of bushes- not watered plants- overgrown bushes. dry leaves all around. The staff- Sundareswaran and Sounder are good- polite- humble. They tried to accomadate all our grievances- tried to solve the motor issue & AC cooling. But it is beyond their capacity.'
