It was unfortunate that there was a break in and the guests suffered losses.We reviewed our cameras and based on the details shown a mutual decision was arrived at with the guests. We are cognizant of the fact that an incident of this nature cannot be trivialized but we did all in our power to have the issue resolved. Despite what happened I am glad that they felt comfortable to make a new booking for an additional five nights on their return to St. Vincent from their four day stay in the Grenadines. Again we are truly sorry that this unfortunate incident occurred as we pride ourselves with the safety and security of our property. We hope that this experience would not in any way interfere with any future visits to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
