The property also features a traditional underground wine cellar just 100 meters away; the keys to the cellar are provided along with the house keys for the exclusive use of guests throughout their stay—a unique feature that sets this accommodation apart. The wine cellar is equipped with a traditional beam press, a wine press, the barrels where the wine was stored, and a barbecue that can be fueled with firewood and/or charcoal—perfect for preparing magnificent barbecues, if desired, with organic wine from our own vineyard—and to enjoy them at the dining table inside the cellar itself or at an outdoor picnic area overlooking the convent, recently designated a Site of Cultural Interest (BIC)
