Es muy lindo todo, sin embargo tuvimos una experiencia no muy buena con la cena en general , muy reglar de 3 platos, sólo 1 estuvo bien ...demasiado salada, el restaurante muy solo ... tuvimos la oportunidad de contar de nuestra incomodidad cuando ya habíamos terminado de cenar. Es lo único a mejorar, Gracias!

We loved all the pools and their surroundings. The areas around them were clean, provided sufficient chairs and tables to accommodate the number of people each pool can receive. The entire site with the pools, cabanas, main complex and the newer buildings is exquisite. Our ´Luxury’ room was a disappointment. The Block C where it was located is obviously not complete; the hallways dirty, the room was new but lacked furniture. The bathroom is poorly designed, with light switches located behind the door, room to hang only 1 towel (for a place where people spend a good portion of their time in or around water!) our toilet seat was loose and on the first morning the toilet paper holder came off the wall. We wrote to reception about it but got nothing fixed after 3 nights there. No tissues provided and no face clothes provided. We had to chase people to get fresh towels or hand in the wet ones from the pools. There is framework for other conveniences in the room, like for a small fridge, but there was none. The closet only had 2 hangers. No iron nor ironing board. The soundproofing of the room is overrated. On the 2 morning of our stay, at 8:30 am the breakfast buffet had empty pans for scrambled eggs, empanadas and we were told there was no more although breakfast was on until 10am. Generally the food in the restaurant was average at best. The service was good however, except for one overzealous server on our first night. Greeting at reception was luke warm at best and insu

I liked the view of the area, I don’t like the time waiting for the room and the towels system in the room to deliver; the customer services was very poor in the restaurant and they request the gratuity fee services in some invoice and another requested like room services some time was in the invoice and another invoice doesn’t put? What this means?

Location of the hotel, room and the thermal baths were the features to highlight. We got the biggest suite which was huge and we had our own thermal pool. We had a fireplace and plenty of wood (staff takes care of that). Communication with the front desk and restaurant was only via WhatsApp which was non-efficient. Front desk staff was helpful and they took care of our requests (fireplace, heating). The poorest service was the from the restaurant. Room services typically got the wrong order, took a long time and was not very responsive. They seem to be short staffed. Food was less than average and they didn’t have available many items on their menu (to me the best plates - at least in paper). They should improve their wine list. Finally, not the best hotel for small kids as it has not amenities. Maybe a good option for couples and not more than one night stay.

Muy buen sitio para un verdadero descanso
Nos dieron una habitación cerca del centro de convenciones y había una fiesta, pedimos cambio y nos dieron una habitación superior, eso dice mucho de la buena administración

El servicio es pésimo. LA primera noche esperamos mas de 1 hora por unas pizzzas. El siguiente dia en los termales de arriba no aparece un mesero para nada. Logramos pedir por teléfono y llegó una cocacola en botella y el vaso con los hielos se solicitó por tres medios diferentes y nunca llegó

El hotel está en un área con buena seguridad, personal amable. Al llegar nos dieron un cuarto que tenía un área en el plafón cubierta de hongo negro, bien visible, por humedad. Pedimos cambio y nos dieron otra habitación que todo el tiempo tuvo un olor muy fuerte a limpiador de piso. No es lo que esperaba de un hotel que se anuncia como de lujo y que no es barato. El restaurante es amplio, buen desayuno y buen servicio. No había "comida asiática" (nada con pescado o mariscos) aunque estaba en el menú. La comida siempre fue servida fría, aún las sopas!! Quizás por lo frío del lugar, se enfriaba antes de salir de la cocina.

Not too impressed!
The installation was really nice, however the termales (hot springs) were not hot at all - of the the 6-7 semi private pools only two were truly hot. The staff was friendly but the service was horrendous. The servers would see you enter the dinning room and it would still take them 15-20 min to come to welcome you. Don’t get me wrong they were friendly, but completely understaffed. We waited for a coke for about 20min! We were there one night and asked for a robe - they did not have any available two days in a row. For gods sake you are in the middle of the woods at a high altitude and it’s not fun coming out of the pool wet with that temperature - maybe warn guest to BYOR?!? Lastly, the hotel needs up-keeping - the rooms numbers are missing digits, the faucet is nearly outside the sink (Rm 105) and when you turn open the water it falls all over the counter and onto the floor. The only plus was the bed - very confortable.

El paisaje que rodea el hotel es hermoso. Lastima la suciedad en las habitaciones nuevas, nos tocó una cama llena de pelos negros y largos. No tienen ventaneria térmica y el frío es tremendo en la noche. El ascensor no funcionaba. Y después de las 9AM nadie está pendiente de abastecer el menú de desayuno. Llegamos con varias familias y nos fuimos sin desayuno... frustrante para un hotel autodenominado"Luxury"

The property has a lot of potential but it's poorly operated and the surroundings are not nice at all. The jacuzzi in the room was not clean when we arrived and the room was not ready. There was no hot water and no hair dryer available. We asked for a hair dryer and they sent us a small one that didn't work properly. We asked to talk to the manager and he refused to talk to us.

Property and the facilities are good. But the waiting time to check inn or out are terrible. Check inn time starts at 4pm, I got to the property at 6pm and had to wait about 15 minutes before they attended me just to hear that my room was not yet ready. To get clean towels you basically have to beg the front desk agents. Check out was a real nightmare. Waiting line to check out was terrible.

We didn't like the reception/ frontdesk. We did not received our room on time. We suppose to check in by 4pm but we came by4:30pm and received our room by 5:50 pm. Take to long to che k in and also check out. They had Lso overcharged us on taxes but because we notice we claim them and they give us a credit. But I have to say the place is very beautiful. Only a bad service from the frontdesk.

Not worth the price
Too expensive for what you get. No hot water or water at all at the shower or toilets. The cabin shape is not meeting the price they charging. The customer service is horrible don’t expect to any attention or professionalism from the staff. The food is horrible need to bring food with you or drive 15 min to the city to find something to eat The only thing it’s nice it’s the pools and the nature around. Not worth the price.

The streets leading to the hotel are in very bad shape.Room full of spiders. not one vegan option and they don’t even make the effort to accommodate you, had to leave the premises in order to eat. They sell the hotel as tranquil and relaxing; it is everything but that, the pools are open 24 hours and guests take speakers with them and don’t let you sleep. Very displeased with my stay.
