Prachtige landelijke villa met uitzicht op de bergen in 6 hectare eigen grond

  • Mooi vrijstaand landhuis op 6 hectare eigen grond tussen Archidona en Villanueva del Rosario. Ideale locatie op slechts 10 minuten rijden naar Rosario of Trabuco, waar u een groot aantal goede restaurants, cafés, winkels en banken vindt. De woning heeft een ruime woonkamer, eetkamer en een aparte volledig ingerichte keuken, in de keuken is een bijkeuken met de wasmachine en vaatwasser. Er is ook een grote serre met een ander eetgedeelte en deuren die de voorkant en zijkanten openen om van het prachtige uitzicht te genieten.
    Beneden is een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed of twee aparte bedden met een douche / toilet naast de deur.
    Boven zijn twee goed ingerichte slaapkamers. De grote slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met dubbele wastafel en bad- en douchekraan. Er is ook een balkon om te zitten en te genieten van het fantastische ononderbroken uitzicht. Een kamer leidt af van de master waar een eenpersoonsbed is en waar een reiswieg (bijgeleverd) past. Deze kamer is ideaal voor jonge kinderen en baby's.
    Ook op deze verdieping is een tweepersoonskamer met een grote kledingkast en de kluis
    Een prive omheind zwembad ligt in de prachtige tuin met buitendouche en ligstoelen.
    Het terras heeft comfortabele bank stoelen / tafel om te ontspannen en te eten.

Goed verblijf op prachtige locatie

Inchecken verliep goed, Nadine is goed bereikbaar, ookal is ze niet zelf op locatie aanwezig. Keukenfaciliteiten zijn prima. Koekenpannen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Eerste dag begaf de koelkast het, ( mijn man kon hem gelukkig nog aan de praat krijgen) Nadine heeft direct gezorgd dat er een nieuwe besteld werd en aantal dagen daarna werd de koelkast geleverd. De advertentie over de airconditioning klopt echter niet. Er is maar 1 airconditioning in de slaapkamer boven. Dit is onvoldoende om een heel huis koel te krijgen. Hier selecteren wij ons verblijf in vakantiehuizen wel op, dus dit was de eerste week met temperaturen ver boven de 40 graden ( 46 op zn warmst) echt een enorme tegenvaller. Dit hebben

Best villa ever!

This home is flat amazing - a stunning location in Andalusia, very convenient to Cordoba, Grenada, Malaga, and Sevilla, huge, absolutely beautiful. We loved both the house and outdoor space and pool. Staying here was the highlight of our trip! Incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts - they have thought of everything and the house is very well equipped. Ee cannot imagine a better stay.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

Fantastic villa in a very special setting. The rural road is a bit tricky at first, but well worth the effort. We used the villa as a home base for exploring Andalusia and were always excited to head back for evenings on the terrace.

Belle maison andalouse

Beaucoup de caractère pour cette jolie maison où nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Bien située pour visiter Malaga, Grenade et Cordoue mais aussi pour les amateurs de randonnées que nous sommes. Le chemin d’accès à la propriété est aussi un sentier de randonnee, à 100 m en bas du jardin. Les vues sont magnifiques et le jardin fleuri autour de la maison et de la piscine est un havre de paix sans vis à vis . Notre petite-fille et nos enfants ont bien profité de baignades. Nadine est très prévenante et répond promptement à nos questions. L’intérieur de la maison correspondait bien à nos attentes et au descriptif. Nous recommandons la casa de los sueños.

Visit to Spain

We had a fabulous 5 nights with friends in this delightful home. It is quite rural but easy access (easier in the daytime!), and perfect for driving countryside and village exploration, as well as day trips to and from Seville, Granada, Cordoba, and Rhonda. Returning from each to relaxing on the terrace patio surrounding the house was just bliss, watching sunsets and their reflections on the mountains. Nadine and Mike were great hosts; able to meet any and all needs we had, without being intrusive at all. The house itself is charming, with comfortable beds and bedrooms, sitting and dining areas, and good kitchen. We travel with Vrbo often, and this is the best imaginable. We will absolutely hope to be back soon, and often.

Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our week's stay at Casa de los Sueños. It is a beautiful home hidden in the hills nearish Antequera. It's fully equipped with lots of space for an ideal escape, including a large patio surrounding the house as well as a lovely outdoor pool and garden. We really enjoyed sitting outdoors in a shady patio table relaxing. We also took some day trips to Cordoba, Granada, and Malaga as the house is ideally situated to visit all of those other cities. Finally, i must add that the host, Nadine, was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Both she and the rental are gems.

Peaceful hillside retreat in Andalucia

Just returned from a 10 day break with the family - set up in the hills the property benefits from a nice breeze to complement the heat; just what was needed after another poor English summer. The property very much matches the description and Nadine (owner) was always on hand when required. If you’re after a property which allows you to experience the real Spain and set in very peaceful surroundings, then this property is highly recommended. The surrounding towns offer many eating opportunities; a personal recommendation being RioFrio where you’ll find several including Restaurante Casa Raimundo which was voted as a favourite. Beautiful villa in a stunning location

We spent a wonderful 10 days at this beautiful villa, enjoying the amazing countryside setting and the comfort of the very well-equipped property. The furnishings are to a high standard, the beds are very comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The villa is very private and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere around the grounds and poolside. The location is a good base to visit both the coast and mountains of Andalucia and there is a good supermarket within about 15 minutes of the property. Communication with the owner, Nadine, is very efficient and we were given very clear directions and instructions regarding the property. We would recommend this villa for a relaxing and very comfortable holiday. Thank you Nadine!

Herausragend

Wie schon im letzten Jahr verbrachten wir 2 Wochen in der Villa. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir überaus angenehm überrascht, wie gepflegt und ansprechend uns das Anwesen empfing. Das Haus war frisch gestrichen und die Grünanlagen, der Pool und das Interieur waren von Jero a la bonheur gepflegt und heraus geputzt. Man merkt sofort, dass die Eigentümer sehr bestrebt sind, den Wert des Anwesens zu erhalten und zu steigern. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub zusammen mit unserem Labrador Camus wieder voll genießen konnten. Nach Möglichkeit würden wir auch ein 3. Mal gerne wiederkommen Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa ohne Abstriche nur empfehlen.

Casa De Los Suenos

This was our second stay at this property, as our first was excellent. The house is stunning, in a very rural setting a few miles from the nearest village. It is very well appointed and we found it in immaculate condition. All of the facilities are first rate and there is ample scope to relax and enjoy the tranquility of its setting. Its remoteness won’t be for everyone, but we prefer the peace and quiet it provides. There are villages nearby though and Malaga is around 45 minutes away by car. It is also on the main roads to Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla, so it’s actually well connected despite it rurality. We found the villa instructions detailed and easy to follow and the owner is very approachable and accommodating if you have any queries or requests. We highly recommend this property.

GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION 💗

We want to thank Nadine for her hospitality. It was great experience. House is located so conviently so you can easily travel to any direction maximum 1 hour drive from the house. You can explore many cities around. House itself is great. Nadine has everything under control, meaning everything you need is there. House is worm, very very very cozy. Many beds and everything you need is there . Our weather was rainy and still cold, so we couldn't enjoy the pool and outside. But she even welcomed us with wine which was so sweet. We absolutely enjoyed the staying. Nature around is so beautiful so we enjoyed the view. So many pictures we took. Its really beautiful place to be there. I would recommend this place. I am sure everyone will enjoy this house as we did. Again , Thank you Nadine very much for your being and sharing your house with us. We loved it. 💗💗💗

Amazing house in the middle of breathtaking nature

We spent a week at Casa de los Sueños in late April and were truly impressed by the house and its surroundings. With spring in full bloom and temperatures in the mid-20s, it was a perfect spot for our family holiday.Set in the hills among olive and pistachio orchards, the drive to the house is initially challenging but well worth it. The owner, Nadine, provided clear directions, and the secluded location added to the charm of this hidden gem in Andalusia.The house is exactly as shown—stylish, spacious, and comfortable. Bedrooms are large with good storage, bathrooms are modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There's also great indoor and outdoor space for relaxing, including a conservatory, a large terrace and a pool. Though the water was chilly in late April, the kids still enjoyed a swim.WiFi coverage was excellent throughout the property, which was a pleasant surprise and a big plus for our teens. We spent a full day just enjoying the house, playing games, reading, and making tapas.Nearby villages are 15 minutes away for groceries and restaurants, and the house is ideally located for day trips to Málaga, Córdoba, Granada, and Antequera. Nadine was helpful and responsive, with plenty of tips and clear instructions.We highly recommend Casa de los Sueños—a peaceful, comfortable retreat in a stunning setting. A car is essential, but the privacy and beauty make it well worth it.

Das Haus der Träume

Das „Casa de los sueños“ trägt seinen Titel nicht umsonst. Wir (zwei Familien mit 3 Kleinkindern) waren begeistert. Nach der recht abenteuerlichen, aber dank der von perfekten Anfahrtsbeschreibung von Nadine problemlosen Anreise über einen Schotterweg liegt das „Haus der Träume“ so schön wie auf den Fotos vor einem. Die Lage bietet absolute Ruhe, aber auch Abenteuerexpeditionen mit den Kindern im angrenzenden Olivenhain. Wunderschönes Freiareal und traumhafte Gartenanlage. Toller Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Es gibt einen passenden Außensitzplatz für jede Tageszeit. Auch den Grill haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Der Pool liegt nicht direkt am Haus, der Zugang liegt auf der rechten Seite vor dem Hauseingang in einem schön angelegten Garten. Das ging aus der Anzeige nicht direkt hervor, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Alle Gerätschaften haben einwandfrei funktioniert-sogar die Heizung, die wir aufgrund von zeitweise sehr kühlem Wetter anschalten mussten:) Eins der „Kinderschlafzimmer“ im ersten Stock ist mit dem „Master-bedroom“ verbunden und nicht durch eine Türe davon abgetrennt. Eignet sich daher gut für kleine Kinder. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Nadine war top, sie antwortet super schnell und immer freundlich. Wer Abgeschiedenheit in wunderschöner Lage sucht und nicht jeden Tag auf ein schnelles Essen oder einen Drink „raus“ will ist das Casa de los sueños perfekt. Klare Empfehlung!

Great place to spend time

It was third time lucky booking our holiday due to Covid lockdowns, Nadine was very understanding and more than helpful to make sure we got away to the villa this year. Having followed the precise instructions provided to get to the villa it was very straightforward to find, the track to the property is very dusty but very well maintained, no potholes!! The property itself is stunning, each bedroom has blinds as well as bars on the windows that make you feel safe if you want to leave the windows open at night, though not all have fly screens. All the rooms have lots of storage for clothes etc. The main bedroom has air con, which is good but the through draft is much nicer in the evening. It was very breezy when we were there which was lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked with all that you could need for a stay away from home and looks like it has been recently refurbished all very clean and new. There is a good sized dining table if you feel the need to eat inside but the property has a very good selection of places to eat outside whether you want to be in the sun or the shade. The BBQ is placed just outside the kitchen door which is very handy. The pool is closer to house than it looks on the photos, so not far to fetch the drinks! It is gated and just off of the driveway, the views from the pool are stunning. The lovely local housekeeper keeps it all very clean. One small issue we had was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by both Nadine and Jero the housekeeper with minimal fuss. It is situated near the towns of Archidona and Trebuco. Archidona has a good sized supermarket and the pretty Town of Trebuco has some lovely places to eat. The only two downsides I can think of are, The property could do with a place to sit and watch the glorious sunsets we stood and watched the sky a on few nights and the other.... we had to come home!

Quiet and relaxing

For our late summer stay in Andalusia in early October 2022, we were looking for a pleasant and relaxing place. There could not have been a better choice than Casa de los Suenos. If one is looking for peaceful and quiet surroundings and still wanting to have the famous Andalusian sights in reach, this is the place to go to. Thanks to Nadine's precise directions, we had no problems finding the house. The spacious house is located on a large property, framed by olive trees, carob and almond trees, as well as colorful flowers and shrubs. The palm trees at the entrance seem like guardians of the house. In the distance you can see the foothills of the Sierra Nevada and nothing obstructs the breathtaking view of them. The private swimming pool is in a specially fenced area in front of the house. However, since we were always out during the day and it was already quite fresh in the evening, we did not use the pool. The house is excellently equipped. Dishes, cutlery, wifi, washing machine and dishwasher, nothing is missing. Cleanliness can be found without restriction. On cool evenings, we made ourselves comfortable in the pleasant living room. In the comfortable bed we found a restful sleep at night. If anything, we only sometimes heard dogs barking in the distance. The sights of Andalusia are easy to reach. To Malaga it is 40 minutes, to Granada 1 hour, to Córdoba 1.5 hours and Seville we reached in less than 2 hours. Access to the house is via a partly gated country road that is easy to navigate. Although Nadine was not on site for the duration of our stay, it still felt that way. She was always available and answered our questions promptly. We had the feeling of personal attention at all times and Nadine deserves the title of "superhost" through and through. We also made the acquaintance of Jero, the friendly and warm-hearted lady who takes care of all the needs of the house on site. Thanks to her dedicated work, the house, property and garden are excellently maintained. For the conversation with her some simple Spanish knowledge is an advantage. But the language of the heart is international. The biggest disadvantage of our stay was: the departure. But we comfort ourselves with the idea that we will be back. Dear Nadine, dear Jero, thank you very much for giving us a wonderful stay at Casa de los Suenos. This made the Andalusian late summer even more special.

September at Suenos

We were looking for a late summer getaway and found this property on VRBO. The photographs, description and relative proximity to Malaga seemed ideal. Once the booking was confirmed we received detailed instructions and directions both through VRBO and directly from the owners. On the drive from the the airport (45 mins) the directions were both precise and invaluable, as this property is very remote and wouldn’t have been easy to find with satnav alone. The house and grounds are secluded, at the top of a range of hills and found within a gated compound off of a private road. The entire property and grounds are immaculate and the house and gardens are very well equipped with everything you could need. The pictures and description online don’t really do the place justice - it is quite stunning and idyllic. We stayed for a week surrounded by beautiful rural countryside and amazing weather and could’ve stayed much much longer. We only ventured out for supplies at the local villages’ supermarkets (approx 7 miles away), one day trip to the Alhambra in Grenada (approx 1 hour away) and to the unique cave restaurant in Archidona (approx 20 min drive away). There was no need to leave the villa for anything else. Early September provided us with mid 30s Celsius every day, a nice mountain breeze and the only minor annoyance was the seasonal wasps. The views from the top of the hill more than made up for the irritating insects as did the local wildlife. All the way through our visit the assistance and advice from the owners was prompt, detailed and very forthcoming. We highly recommend both the villa and it’s owners and will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Nach 3 Tagen Fahrt erreichten wir zusammen mit unserem Labrador unser Ziel, das mit Hilfe einer sehr genauen Beschreibung von Nadine, leicht zu finden war. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von der traumhaften Lage, der Größe des Grundstücks und dem großzügigen Raumangebot der Villa. Der beeindruckende Panoramablick auf die umliegenden Olivenbäume, weite Felder bis hin zu den Ausläufern der Sierra Nevada haben uns täglich aufs neue begeistert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes Ende Mai / Anfang Juni war das Klima überaus angenehm. Nachts schliefen wir bei moderaten 13 - 15 Grad in auf sehr guten Betten und tagsüber verweilten wir bei angenehmen sommerlichen trockenen 25-30 Grad am erfrischenden Swimming Pool. In der nahen Umgebung gab es keine Nachbarn, einige leerstehende Gehöfte und in ferner Nähe wenige bewohnte Villen, von denen absolut nichts zu hören war. Einige Male fuhren wir nach Malaga und nach Villanueva del Trabuco zum Einkaufen, ansonsten verpflegten wir uns in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst. Abschließend bedanken wir uns noch herzlich bei Nadine für die überaus hilfreiche und engagierte Kommunikation, ebenso bei Jero für die Pflege und Instandhaltung des Anwesens, Sollten wir uns wieder einmal für Andalusien als Ferienziel entscheiden, werden wir sicher die Casa de los Suenos mieten.

Beautiful villa

We had a lovely week at Easter. Fabulous, peaceful location with beautiful mountain views, yet very easy to get to V del Rosario where the little supermarket and grocers opposite had everything we needed. Nadine was very helpful with our queries. The villa was clean, well equipped with lovely outdoor spaces, so we ended up seeing less of Andalucia than we intended due to having a couple of days just hanging around! Never had a pool with such a nice view. Would recommend Auto-Flores for car hire from Malaga airport. Thank you.
