The accommodation
The accommodation measures 51m2 on 2 floors. It has efficient underfloor heating for incomparable comfort when you come back from skiing!

On the first floor:
- a west-facing living room with sofa and large bay window on the terrace with a view of the Aiguille Rouge and Mont-pourri
- a kitchen open to the living room all the appliances to fully enjoy a week of skiing! (raclette machine, fondue set, pierrade, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer)
- dining area with a table for 4 people
- a small refuge-style bedroom, all wooden from floor to ceiling, 2 bunk beds 90x190cm, Emma mattress, feather cushions
- a bathroom with large 140cm shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer
- separate toilets

Exterior:
- a large terrace of about 10m2 with exceptional view, bench and coffee table

Upstairs:
- a large mezzanine of about 20m2 with large Emma premium bed 160x200cm
- a corner with large sofa
- reading corner.

This accommodations are atypical because it is a mini chalet that is located between 2 large residences.
It can be reached on foot, directly on the first floor. A ski locker awaits you for your equipment in front of the apartment as well as a large bench to be able to equip yourself comfortably.

The location is fantastic, with all amenities just a few meters away, supermarket, bakery, ski rental, restaurants, ideal for a car-free stay.

Sainte Foy is a chic, family-friendly, confidential and very attractive resort! Passes are offered for children under 8 years old and at very reasonable prices compared to the surrounding resorts. The resort has an authentic charm with its stone and wood chalets.
