Welcome to “The Dove’s Nest”, a completely renovated, contemporary Beach House, located on Bay block, just a short walk to the best sunsets! Available as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath that sleeps 8, or for an ADDITIONAL FEE, enjoy a second Primary Suite (bedroom 4) w/ en-suite bath, and walk-in closet that has been fitted with twin bed, including an area to hang your clothes. Sliding metal and frosted glass barn doors separate the two spaces. With the additional suite the house comfortably sleeps 11.

The Dove’s Nest was lovingly named after a dove that built her home in the eaves of the old front porch. Every time we prepared to take it down, a new set of baby doves appeared—so we waited, twice, until the nest was truly empty. That same sense of care and patience went into every detail of this home.

Fully renovated in 2018–2019 and updated again in 2024 with a luxurious upstairs primary suite, this home combines modern comfort with timeless charm. Perfect for families, friends, or multi-generational gatherings, it offers spacious living areas, a peaceful setting, and easy access to the bay.

Sleeping Arrangements

Option 1 (sleeps 8):
• Bedroom 1 (first-floor primary suite): 1 King + 1 Full bed, 50” smart TV, private bath with double vanity & walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 Queen bed, 32” TV
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 1 Queen bed, 32” TV
• Bathroom 2 (upstairs): Full bath with tub/shower combination, subway tile

Optional Add-On (sleeps up to 3 more):
• Bedroom 4 (upstairs luxury suite): Spacious retreat with private en-suite bath, 50” smart TV
Equipped with a king bed, and a twin bed (behind sliding metal barn doors
(Available for an additional fee, 10-person minimum required)
This space is locked off from the rest of the house. Must book for 10-11 people to receive access.

• Bright, open living room with a 65” smart TV and cozy wood-burning fireplace
• Entertainment for all ages: a library of books, family games, and a large selection of DVDs for rainy days
• Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with counter seating for 3
• Welcoming dining room with seating for 8 that leads to the back deck. Back deck currently has table seating for 4, and couch seating for 7. There is also a bench, a gas grill, and an outside shower with changing room.
