Ontdek het geheim voor besparingen op uw vakantie in Zuid-Jersey in onze huisdiervriendelijke, gezellige een verdieping strandhuis. 100ft naar stranden van de Delaware Bay, waar u kunt ontspannen. 10 minuten naar Cape May en Wildwoods. Een 5 minuten rijden naar de veerboot naar de verkooppunten in Delaware.
Het beste deel van het huren van ons strandhuis is niet alleen het geld dat u bespaart, maar de rustige locatie van ons huis. U vindt het perfecte toevluchtsoord met privacy en ruimte die geen hotel kan evenaren!
Wees getuige van de dagelijkse prachtige zonsondergang over de baai met een wandeling op de baai met of zonder uw huisdier, geniet van een ritje in een kajak, we hebben op het terrein, en het is niet ongebruikelijk om dolfijnen te zien zwemmen of vogels dartelen over de baai. Uitzaaien van hoefijzerkrabben, die een van de meest dramatische natuurlijke fenomenen ter wereld produceren. De kusten van de Delaware Bay zijn een kritisch tussenstopgebied voor zes soorten trekvogels. Geniet van vissen direct aan het strand, waar je misschien geluk hebt om een blauwvis, tautog, tilefish en zeebaars te vangen. Voor grotere en meer vette vis boek lokale charters en vang tonijn of marlijn. Krablocaties liggen op korte afstand. Ons huis is gelegen op een oversized Lot, omheinde tuin (42 inch hekwerk) ideaal voor uw huisdieren om veilig rond te rennen en het is aangelegd met hoge evergreens voor privacy. U kunt uw auto binnen het terrein parkeren, zodat het gemakkelijker is om uw spullen van en naar het huis te dragen. De inrichting van het huis is warm en uitnodigend en biedt comfortabele matrassen en banken om uit te rusten na een drukke sightseeingtour.
Met meer plaatsen om naartoe te gaan, meer dingen te zien, is er nooit een betere tijd geweest om uw droom waar te maken. Het kiezen van ons vakantiehuis met het juiste budget in gedachten is een blijvende herinnering voor de komende jaren. Als u voorafgaand aan de boeking een rondleiding wenst te geven, laat het ons weten, wij zullen u ontvangen en een tijdstip instellen. We kijken ernaar uit om ons strandhuis met u te delen. Great vacation home

This is a wonderful property. Close to everything. The beach just steps away. Close to Cape May/shopping and restaurants. Short drive to wildwood and Atlantic City. This house was very clean and perfectly described. Large fenced in yard perfect for a dog. We absolutely loved it.

Great house near the bay!

Great weekend in the Villas

My spouse and I had a wonderful weekend in the Villas at this property. Bettina was a great host; check-in and check-out very easy and she was very easy to reach. The property was great, a simple beach cottage, but with plenty of room with two large master bedrooms with comfy beds, a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds for kids, two nice full baths and a decent sized living room (well furnished) and a well-stocked kitchen. Outside there was a decent deck with table to relax outdoors and the fenced in yard was great for our little dog; we didn't find the burrs in the yard to be a problem. Our little guy loved chasing the rabbits around the yard. THe house is steps from the beach; as close or closer than the listing indicates, you can see the water from the nice front porch. The beach was great, only steps to get there and pretty quiet with just local residents and the native horseshoe crabs which were fun to watch. Thanks Bettina, we had a great time!

Beautiful Sunsets!

We had a lovely time at the beach house. The property is so close to the bay side beach, not even a minute away from the house; we loved that aspect. Getting to the town of Cape May is just 15 minutes or so and we enjoyed the town as well. LOVED sitting outside at the Lobster House listening to music and drinking pina coladas, if you go, order the bbq clams! As mentioned by other guests the burrs in the grass were an issue, we had to buy little booties for the dogs in town and we didn't really use the yard. The sunsets are amazing and we walked over to see them almost every night. People walking on the beach were super friendly and some had adorable dogs!

Beach and Quiet

The beach was a couple hundred yards away and it was very quiet! Sunsets were stunning. The house was well maintained and clean. Maybe the best mattress I've ever slept on. Would rent again. Recommend bringing your own towels and sheets so you can just throw it all in a bag and leave. Only complaint is that the Teflon skillets are peeling and need replaced.

Long Weekend on the Bay

We had a great time over Memorial Day weekend. The location of the house is great, just steps away from the sandy beach. The fenced in private yard was a great place for our dog to roam and would also be ideal for kids. Easy check in, etc. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a little getaway.

Unfriendly Hostess

The property is very close to a lovely beach and has a great yard for dogs. The bedrooms were dust free but the rugs stained and dirty. Poor AC ventilation in the master bedroom - other bedrooms were fine. The cleanliness and upkeep on the property is not the best. Outdoor Grill was not clean and the grill brush completely melted. Lighting over stove was out making cooking at night a challenge and exhaust grills under the microwave were blocked with grease build-up. Kitchen rugs were stained and dirty. Greasy tray left in the toaster oven - cobwebs in the lighting over the dining room table. The Hostess did not provide the correct case sensitive password to the Wi-Fi and kept insisting that it was me that was the problem. In fact the call from the hostess after advising her in writing of these issues had her making accusations about me being too cheap to buy the gas for the grill to stating that she has this property to give people a nice vacation and doesn’t need to do this since she can eat in 5 star restaurants anytime. She did offer to have the cleaning crew return during my stay to address the dirty items but I declined the interruption of my stay with my dogs. After sharing the list of items that needed fixing or cleaning along with photos including those items I cleaned - she told me I was not welcome back anymore. If I could add photos here I would so future guests could make certain these items are cleaned properly. I would also caution dog owners that there are small burrs in the landscaping around the house that could get into your dogs fur or between their toes.

Excellent getaway

The property was exactly as advertised and the family had a very quiet and relaxing break from work...exactly what we needed. We even got to use the kayak a bit, which was a bonus for us. The town is peaceful and the beach is remote and non-commercialized. A true vacation! Thanks for the peaceful break!
