The apartment on the first and last floor has the following spaces on one level: • living room with equipped kitchenette, internal table, sofa bed and TV • double bedroom [or with 2 single beds] with wardrobe and french doors to the terrace • panoramic terrace with covered sea view, complete with furnishings on the south side [sea view] and north side [hills view] • bathroom with sink - shower - WC and bidet. The first and last floor can be reached through an external flight of stairs, partially covered and equipped with a handrail. The veranda equipped with tables and seating on both the south and north sides, makes the outdoor spaces enjoyable even on windy days. The magnificent sea view puts guests in contact with the sea even from home, making the atmosphere very relaxing.
