Really relaxing
Familiar with Villasimius we wanted to change from our usual accommodation and booked for the 1st time Le Bouganville. We booked a panoramic appartment and result was outstanding. The view was extraordinary with la isola dei cavoli and Capo Carbonara on one side and the countryside view at the back with herds of ewes and rural life. The appartment was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good bar service for the "aperitivo". We hardly used the pool but it it was quiet and relaxing. 10 Minutes walk from the extraordinary beach. 15 minutes by foot from the village. We will come back.

We had an great time. Staff so friendly and helpful, and the residence was beautiful and so relaxing. Not far from beach and pool not busy. Lovely part of world also.

Waren nun schon zum dritten mal dort und kommen gerne wieder. Super schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Kristallklares Wasser und ein malerisch hübscher Ort.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Apartments könnte man mal so langsam renovieren. Die Betten sind unglaublich unbequem. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr dürftig. Die Zusatzkosten (zb. Liegen am Strand) sind nicht transparent. Die Anlage an sich ist wunderschön. Es waren viele Kinder in der Anlage aber leider wurde für Kinder nichts geboten.

Erholung pur an guter Lage
Wir wohnten eine Woche in einem Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer Wohnküche und einem grosszügigen Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer. Residence Le Bouganville liegt in Fussdistanz sowohl vom Strand (5') als auch von der Altstadt (10') mit seinen vielen Lokalen und Shops. Wir genossen die Ruhe, die nur von gelegentlichem Vogelgezwitscher, den Knisternden Palmen im Wind und dem Meeresrauschen unterbrochen wurde. Das Personal begegnete uns jederzeit sehr freundlich und erfüllte unsere Wünsche (z.B. nach einer zusätzlichen Bettdecke) umgehend. Die Küche verfügt über einen Gasherd und eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Das Vorhandensein eines Backofens hätte ich als leidenschaftlicher Koch zu schätzen gewusst.

Bardzo ładny ośrodek blisko pięknej plaży. Ośrodek posiada elegancki basen z opieką ratownika oraz bar. Niestety, pokój bez aneksu kuchennego nie był wyposażony nawet w szklanki, a bar oferował jedynie śniadanie w stylu włoskim ( kawa i rogalik). Przeszkadzało nam również, że przez tydzień pobytu nie została zmieniona pościel oraz ręczniki. Być może taka usługa była dodatkowa płatna.

Ottima posizione per il mare ed il paese,location pulita e ben tenuta anche se il prezzo sembra eccessivo,visto il niente compreso.Imbarazzante il dover chiedere alla reception un rotolo di carta igienica.Dato sottolineando che era una tantum e no era comoreso.Nessuna indicazione su nessuna cosa.Sconcertante la piscina chiusa 3 ore dalle 12.30 alle 15.30.Con un approccio più affabile e vicino al cliente sarebbe molto buono.Gentilissimo personale al bar,nessuno che richiama i bambini che fanno confusione Ci vorrei tornare e trovarmi più a mio agio.

Ci spiace ti sia trovato in imbarazzo, ma come spiegato, offriamo ai nostri ospiti solo un set di cortesia al loro arrivo. La piscina quest'anno segue orari particolari per limitare gli assembramenti negli orari più frequentati allo scopo di tutelare la salute di tutti i nostri ospiti

Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten am Strand 10-15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft perfekt und Gratis. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 2020-2021. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das Wifi, kein Wifi in Appartements und bei Cafe Restaurant teilweise sehr langsam

Siamo stati l’altra settimana in questo residence in 4 adulti e siamo stati bene, la struttura è ben tenuta a 5 minuti dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di villasimius l’unica pecca che magari il cambio degli asciugamani per il bagno da fare una volta alla settimana. Lo consiglio soprattutto per Chi vuole fare una vacanza di relax senza sentire rumori, ma nello stesso tempo è vicina al mare e al paese

Bardzo przyjemny hotel i najlepszy wybór w kategorii cena/jakość dla rodziny w okolicy. Kanapa rozkłada się na dwa osobne łóżka. Pokoje trzeba sprzątać samemu. Po kończące się materiały eksploatacyjne typu płyn do naczyń też należy zgłosić się na recepcję. Plusy: + Apartamenty dość spore, czyste z tarasami + Bliskość plaży + Przyjazna obsługa + Bardzo ładne widoki + Przyjemny i czysty basen Minusy: - Słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Brak czajnika i pokrywek. - Bliskość pasących się owiec wiąże się ze sporą ilością much i komarów. - Brak podjazdów dla wózków

Property description on Expedia is misleading. This is not a hotel: don’t expect basic amenities. Also be prepared to sort and take out your trash. Rooms are not serviced. Room had a terrible smell which after complaining I was told it is cleaning materials. Absurd. Do not book at this property

You are right about the fact that is not a hotel. It is a Residence. So these amenities, like service room is not available. We confirm that the smell can be caused by cleaning materials and it is the reason you have sniffed that at you arrival, but we are sure you have not sniffed in the following days.

Très bel hôtel à 300m de la plage de Simius
Très bel hôtel bel aménagement d´ensemble piscine idéal pour les enfants et transats autour chambre confortables avec kitchenettes et 4 places gaz. Manque juste un four. Canapé en 2 parties dans le séjour moyennement confortable pour les enfants et une terrasse (pour la chambre 26 en tout cas) plus grande (1 seul bain de soleil pour 4).

Very relaxing stay
We had a lovely stay at Residence Le Bouganville. The setting is beautiful and the whole place is very relaxing. The kids loved the pool, which was never too crowded. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and Villasimius town is about 15 minutes. We didn't have a car, but definitely needed if you want to explore the local area.

Residence a 400m dal mare, non lontano dal centro. Si può andare a piedi al mare, bellissima acqua a Simius, se si vuole camminare sulla spiaggia in 10 minuti si arriva a Timi Ama e Giunco, fantastiche. Residence giardino tenuto benissimo, piscina bella con vista del mare in lontananza che merita. Consigliato anche per staff gentile

Pretty, friendly residence in a good position
1 bed apartment is fine for 2 people, may be a squash for 4. Very clean, light and nicely decorated. A bit noisy from other apartments above and next door. Cooking facilities limited, a kettle, toaster and microwave would help, and a BBQ area. Good position 5 mins from Simius beach and 10 mins to town on foot. Helpful staff. Nice pool area and bar

Lovely apartments, good location
We stayed in September and found the staff very friendly and pleasant, the apartment was clean and the grounds and pool area very well maintained. There were always sunbeds available poolside and the hotel also had a private section of beach with their own sunbeds and umbrellas on which you paid for. The apartments were a 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 15-20 minutes walk to the town which had supermarkets, shops, a good choice of restaurants etc. The apartments were in a very peaceful, quiet location with no road noise.

Établissement très décevant. À notre arrivée l'employé ne souriait pas et semblait ennuyé de devoir nous montrer notre chambre. Aucun mot de bienvenue ou explication sur les environs. Très mauvaise insonorisation dans les chambres. Nous étions réveillés par les voisins des 7h30. L'entièreté du logement était très vieillot et la salle de bain ne sentait pas bon. Point positif: Le logement était propre. Le parking sécurisé est trop petit que pour accueillir toutes les voitures, nous devions donc aller sur un parking tout aussi proche mais le long de la grand route et non sécurisé. Villasimius n'est qu'une grande station balnéaire sans artisanat et il y a des endroits bien plus jolis le long de la costa Rei. Les plages étaient bondées même en Septembre.

Rude staff; problem with brexiters. Horrible bed. Outdated needs refurb. Lapads of extra hidden costs. I.e. Cot for child. Requested £200 deposit in cash. On arrival. No hair dryer in room. Limited toilet role. Hot water via a heated tank; so you have to rashen. Only good thing was weather and bedroom view of sea. Location ok as you nip in to main town.

Great location but the Residence could be better
The local area is great - clear blue beaches in every direction served by really good beach clubs! However, for what we paid for our apartment, the best thing going for it was the pool and bar/cafe area! The apartment itself was clean and had air conditioning in each room (a god send!) but no kettle, microwave, a sponge/brush to wash the dishes (but did provide a small pot of dishwashing liquid) nor even matches to light the gas stove and barely enough cups/glasses for the family! Very bare internally and could do with some updating and providing some bare basics to make the stay a little more comfortable especially for what we were paying! At least the pool and other facilities were clean and comfortable! Note: the reception does not speak English at all so hard to ask for anything more than checking in/out.

Superbe !
Superbe résidence! Très agréable, confortable et surtout très bien située. Le centre ville est accessible à pied (15 min) et une belle plage se trouve à 300 mètres ( accès par un petit chemin depuis l'hôtel ). L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé, spacieux avec un petit jardin privatif. La piscine de l'hôtel est super et le prix des consommations raisonnables. Meilleur rapport qualité/ prix de nos hôtels en Sardaigne ! Donc établissement à recommander pour des vacances en famille ( surtout avec des enfants ).
