Welcome to Kermajic, a charming home located in Seine-et-Marne, just a few minutes from the Aube department. Do you dream of a magical getaway? Kermajic makes your dream a reality, whether you’re traveling with family or friends! Outside, you’ll enjoy a large courtyard with a barbecue in front of the cottage and a garden with a terrace in the back, featuring a hot tub heated year-round. Both areas are equipped with patio furniture so you can enjoy the sun all day long. There’s also a playground with a slide, swing, and playhouse for the kids to enjoy. Access to a barn with a ping-pong table and pétanque set. The pool measures 3.50 meters by 7.70 meters, is 1.5 meters deep, and is heated from June through September; it uses a salt-water system for softer skin and for environmental reasons. On the first floor: entryway with a game corner (chess, checkers, or backgammon); living/dining room with a fireplace for cozy evenings; kitchen; laundry room with washer and dryer; 2 double bedrooms (160x200 bed); bathroom (shower and tub), and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (160x200 bed), 1 master suite (160x200 bed) with its own private bathroom (shower), 2 double bedrooms (140x190 beds), shower room, and a separate toilet. Access to a recreation room with a pool table, foosball, video games, etc., is available, and horses may be accommodated (for a fee, subject to conditions—please check with the owners). Included in the price: sheets, towels, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi (fiber), crib, and high chair. Additional charges: cleaning (required for business stays), pet fee (only one pet allowed).
