Een geweldig hotel
Wat een ervaring, de ontvangst was uitmuntend aandacht voor alles. Een rondleiding met uitleg over alle facilities. Een uitleg van de kamer met de optie voor een harder bed, keuze uit een aantal soorten kussens. De Spa was super te gek! De persoonlijke aandacht was echt enorm, zeker een aanrader!

Location and service are the reasons to stay here. Room was very comfortable. Front desk staff and restaurant service excelled. Housecleaning has room for improvement in an upscale hotel like this. We would definitely stay again.

No 5 star service, no body helps me with luggage, the service response was too slow you need to ask so many times to get what you need. Also a wired action happed in the breakfast restaurant, fist the waiter refused to provide us a nice table even the restaurant was quite empty in a reason that the restaurant is reserved which we found after that is not true , secondly she ask us to leave before finishing our breakfast in a reason she want to clean the restaurant even there are other people and also its 5 minutes before the closing. I am un happy and disappointed

Kempinski service is worse than a 1 star hotel.
Service was very bad, the room was extremely cold and spooky even when thr heating was turned to maximum. Ordered room service and get thr order wrong twice, delivered the wrong food. There was also no help with luggage even though we are with a small baby and lots of luggage.

Impressive hotel with a lovely spa and restaurant. Room was nice although being on the top floor there were sloped ceilings which may be more of an issue for taller people. Service and food in the restaurant was very good (excellent breakfast too), staff at check in were friendly and helpful (pointing out things to visit in Vilnius). Spa was very good although a bit slippery around the pool and the main pool is pretty deep in places. Jacuzzi and sauna are excellent though. Room was very clean and well appointed. Lobby is also impressive and you get a nice view by the window in the restaurant of cathedral square. Well located in the town and the city overall is easily walkable.

In the heart of the Old Town close to shopping, restaurants and museums. Hotel staff was exceptionally courteous and eager to assist. Hotel was immaculate. Will absolutely stay here on future visits.

Nice hotel let down by poor customer service at the reception. Despite various exchange of emails with Hotels.com they failed to honour Hotels.com benefits which is clearly unacceptable for a property of this standard.

Truly a great hotel
This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at, and I have been to over 50 countries, staying at many 5 star hotels. I strongly recommend that you pay a little extra and get a room on the east side of the hotel overlooking the park- the windows are very strong and you hardly hear the trolley- get a deluxe room over looking the opera. The buffet here is also excellent.

Kort oppsummert et fenomenalt opphold. Vi diskuterte når vi dro at vi ikke hadde lagt merke til at vi hadde bodd på hotell en gang. Så elegant og bra var det. Suiten var strålende, servicen plettfri og maten var nok det beste vi har spist på et hotell noensinne. Det gjelder både i restaurant og på room service. Vil også trekke frem effektiviteten på room service. Det var nesten alltid raskere enn de antydet.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in November 2021. The location is perfect, breakfast was the best I have ever had, service is very helpful and with a good spirit, always smiling. Room was clean but it already requires cosmetic repair, furniture looks a bit “tiered”. I would strongly recommend this hotel!!
