'Prima mooi hotel op een rustige groene locatie maar op 1,3 km voldoende restaurantjes te vinden. Lekker ontbijt, mooi zwembad, goed restaurant en ruime kamers. Service was prima maar de taxi voor naar het vliegveld was er niet op de afgesproken tijd, na 20 minuten wachten hebben we een normale taxi aangehouden.'

Quanto a equipe notei um deslize no sistema de recepção quando aconteceu o check-out, me pareceu uma combinação entre a recepcionista e o sistema de táxi da cidade. Perguntamos qual a maneira mais econômica do traslado até o aeroporto que não é tão longe. Ela nos informou que não tinha Uber e que o melhor...

'My stay at One Nk Apartments was excellent. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything I needed for my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out were very easy. The location in Las Condes felt safe and is close to shops, restaurants and a mall, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.'

'Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently...
