'We had a wonderful stay at the Vineyard Harbor hotel! It's a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Spencer even helped us carry our bags up the stairs! The rooms are cozy and clean, but with some wear and tear. Sitting by the beach (night and day) the proximity to town and transport during the day more than make up for some of the "rough spaces" and the friendly staff was wonderful. Highly recommend unless you are looking for more luxury and something brand new.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the MV Surfside Hotel. The staff is the primary reason our visit was so relaxing and comfortable. It was evident that everyone works very hard to maintain the facility and provide excellent guest services. The location adds value to the experience. 'Exceptional and clean'

'This is a very clean and functional motel just minutes away from the ferries to the islands. It is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth, too. The staff person was delightful - friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to catch early morning ferry.'

'We were very pleasantly surprised by this great hotel. The room was more modern than expected. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and a small but clean bathroom. The room was large with high ceilings (second floor), a ceiling fan and fridge. Coffee was available in an area called “the barn” in an area central to all rooms. 'We liked the closeness to the Island Queen. Room was very basic. No clock, no tv channel list. Carpet in the room was not clean. Coffee cups were small, no lids or hot cup carrier. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.'

'You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed.'
