Our property was completely renovated in April 2023 and is now ready for occupancy. All rooms are ultra-modern, bright, and filled with natural light.
From almost every room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean with the mountains in the background. Various restaurants and shopping options are within walking distance.

Apartment, approx. 45 sqm, for 2+1 people

Kitchen, living-dining area, 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a sleeper sofa, bathroom, and a terrace with a sea view.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available,
as well as bed linens, towels, and a Senseo coffee maker. TV service is provided via the internet.
A large courtyard, which is locked at night, offers space and security for your car.
An oasis for those seeking relaxation.


Minimum stay: 5 days
Security deposit: €150, payable immediately upon check-in (refunded upon departure)
Included are costs for electricity, water, air conditioning, tourist tax, and final cleaning.
Beach/bath towels must be brought along.
Check-out at 8:00 a.m., check-in at 4:00 p.m.

Vir is one of the approximately 300 islands of the Zadar Archipelago in the Croatian Adriatic. With an area of 22.08 km², a length of 10.12 km, and a maximum width of 4.25 km, it is the eighth-largest island in the archipelago and the twentieth-largest island in Croatia. A bridge approximately 300 meters long connects it to the Dalmatian coast.
Vir has three settlements: the town of Vir itself, with about 1,600 residents, as well as Torovi and Lozice.
The highest point is Barbinjak, at 112 meters.
The nearest islands to Vir are Pag, Maun, Planik, Olib, Ist, Molat, Sestrunj, Rivanj, and Ugljan.
