'This hotel was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 8pm and checked into a uncleared room. Ther Front desk staff, who was the only staff on the property cleaned a room for us only to discover the toilet didn’t work and had to clean another room . We didn’t get into until 2 hours later. The reason was there was a shortage on housekeepers. The room itself was run down with little care. We felt so bad for the young staff as other guests were turned away because of dirty rooms.'

'The people at the Hotel were super. Breakfast was Greet. Every morning something different. Close to the freeways. '

'Pool and staff were nice, wish we had more time to enjoy it. I screwed up my booking date but the manager took care of it with no penalty. Very thankful and impressed there is still good people and customer service out there! '
