'Room was nice ! Bathroom nice with an extra big shower . I like that they had the old school bottles of shampoo & Con. As well as bar soap. I don't like those dispensers! Plenty of towels & a blow dryer . Hard bed but fine . Soft sheets and ok pillows . There was no iron or board; no fridge . I was surprised with that as those seem pretty basic nowadays . Staff was very nice ;) check in was easy. Parking in back of hotel . Location was everything !!! Safe and walkable to all of downtown ....

'This was the perfect Valentine's getaway weekend for us. I booked the stay as a surprise, and my partner loved it. We are already talking about coming back some time. It was tidy, intimate, and peaceful. We cooked over the fire the first night, then on the grill the next night because it was raining. Both days we saw ducks, geese, and deer. The drive in the mountains was lovely as well.'
