'There were two things I didn't like. First, we had to ask for the sheets and blankets for the fold out couch. The reservation was 4 people with one bed. We were obviously going to use it.
Second, we had to go to the laundry room to exchange our towels. We gave them our dirty ones so we could get clean ones. I get people steal them, however it was an inconvenience.'

We were told that our room would be completely cleaned mid-week, since we stayed for 9 night, however, that never happened. We had issues with our toilet, but that was resolved quickly. Also, we were not able to get the safe to work. However, we didn't bother to report it during out stay, since it wasn't a necessity.

'I was hesitant to book this property but I wouldn't be. The over flow lot is literally a 1 minute walk and valet will get your car if you aren't willing to walk. Onsite valet was nice. Property is nice, we took advantage of buy one entree and 1 child eats free. All these hotels are old but this hotel has been remodeled nicely. Ocean view was nice, location is nice. I would stay here again 100% - this was my experience. I was with my wife and child.'
