We stayed at this facility as part of a longer trip. This is an older house converted into a B&B. The rooms are small with just a bed, nightstands, armoire and a chair which we had to move so that we wouldn't trip if we had to get up in the middle of the night. The bathroom is very small with a stand alone sink (no counter), a toilet, and a spa bath. There is a spa hot tub outside but it was closed for COVID - however, it is very small. The bath has a jetted tub with seats, side jets, and a rain shower. There is supposed to be music but it didn't work. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. We didn't realize that the extra supplies were in the armoire in the bedroom (makes no sense). The windows have the old fashioned shades. I woke up at 4 a.m. thinking that the sun was coming up but it was the porch light next door. If light bothers you when you sleep, you should definitely bring a sleep mask. The bed was comfortable. There is only one person who is in charge of running the entire facility, making it difficult for that person to attend to specific requests. The "breakfast" part of the B&B was some packaged danishes, fruit, some salad, and some boiled eggs in a tupperware container. Coffee maker is difficult to use and kept clogging. There are only two small tables in the breakfast seating area. This B&B is located 2 blocks from the Va Beach boardwalk so there are plenty of things to do and restaurants within walking distance.
