Onlangs gerenoveerd: 957 m² binnen, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers.
Hondvriendelijke duplex / condo-eenheid met omheinde tuin; en 3 stappen naar entryway, 3 BR (2 koninginnen, 2 Twins); blijf en speel beschikbaar voor kleine kinderen.

2 overdekte badkamers, een is een ligbad, de andere in de master is een half bad, plus een eigen buitendouche met warm en koud water, vernieuwde keuken in 2017, gevuld met alle kookbenodigdheden, potten, pannen, bestek, broodrooster, bar, Kuerig-koffiezetapparaat, met gratis koffiestartpakket, keukentafel voor 4 personen, centrale airconditioning, internet; kabel, blue ray dvd; wasdroger; strijkplank; föhn; stereo / radio. Smart-tv van 50 inch met flatscreen.

Slechts ongeveer 270 voet stappen om openbare toegang tot het strand (geen wegen over te steken) oceaanzijde van Atlantic blvd; semi-privéstrand vergeleken met Virginia Beach promenadestrand, ter referentie als er 10 mensen zijn aan het strand aan de oceaan, dan zijn er 4 aan het noordelijke strand.
Ook aan de overkant van de straat binnen 1 blok zijn er een aantal goede wandelpaden in het staatspark. Primitief

2 privé gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen, geen gedoe met komen en gaan, ook parkeren op straat is beschikbaar maar niet gereserveerd.

Ook bieden we alle beddengoed, handdoeken, strandlakens, shampoo, conditioner, zeep en lotion - breng je zwemkleding en slippers mee!

Kom en geniet van onze geliefde cottage en ons fantastische strand met uw familie, vrienden en verblijf in deze gezellige North End duplex, breng uw zomervakantiedagen koesteren in de zon, spetteren in de oceaan of kijken naar de dolfijnen dartelen. Het is ideaal voor een groep vrienden, koppels of kleine gezinnen. Ook perfect voor een uitje buiten het seizoen, militaire overgang of tijdelijke bedrijfshuisvesting.

Wij verwelkomen uw honden, ze mogen op het strand aangelijnd zijn op elk moment voor Memorial Day weekend en na Labor Day. Tijdens het zomerseizoen kan uw hond nog vóór 10.00 uur of na 18.00 uur van het strand genieten. Houd hem altijd aan de lijn. Unit heeft een mooie voortuin, volledig omheind met hekwerk.

Locatie is handig bij Ft Story, op slechts 12 blokken afstand, Virginia Marine Science Museum, First Landing State Park ligt op slechts een paar blokken afstand, geweldige plek om te fietsen en een mooi strand voor kinderen, Boardwalk is een korte 30 blokken verderop, Rudy Inlaat is een korte rit om een boot te charteren om te vissen of dolfijnen te kijken, tal van restaurants en entertainment. Eigenaren wonen lokaal.

Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, liggen op ongeveer 45 minuten afstand.

De nabijheid van Navy Bases Little Creek, Oceana, Naval Station Norfolk.

Great Beach Retreat!

Great location, just steps from the beach. The house is well equipped with anything you might need and having a washer and dryer wads a huge bonus. Plenty of beach chairs and toys were included too. We would 100% rent again.

This cozy house is so well designed that it feels bigger than the pictures look. Beautifully decorated, with a wonderful location steps away from beautiful dunes and beach. Well stocked with amenities. Fenced yard made travel with dog easy. We’ll go back!

Wonderful little bungalow by the beach

This place was just lovely! Cute little place a short 2 minute/`1 block walk to the beach with no need to cross any traffic Place had everything we needed - could easily sleep six people. Place was clean, convenient and walkable (easily) to the beach or the hiking trails within Point State Park. I will DEFINITELY be coming again next year!

Dogs Vacation

We wanted to take the dogs to the beach. The fenced in yard was great. It is on a busy street, so we were always out with the dogs when they went out. We live in the country, so they didn't like the city noise (the cars and motorcycles). Loved the beach so close, took them to the beach every day. They loved it. The is nice house, they have everything you need. There is a bike/hiking trail across the street. The only down fall is we couldn't get the local channels on the tv. We had planned a night of getting a pizza and watching shows we like but couldn't get the channel. And the front room furniture isn't very comfortable. The bed was comfortable so was the pillows. We enjoyed our time there

Bright and Comfy

Our half of the duplex was bright and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group. Everything we needed was available. The walk to the beach was close however the beach was very wide to the water. Beach was very clean and not at all crowded. Would stay again.

Loving VB, Loving The Leaping Doodle

This was the perfect place for us. And we loved the location. We could beach it which was right down the road or we could go to First Landing State Park for the the Bay or we could go to The Narrows. We love to Paddle board so the options were right there close by. The place was everything they said it would be. It was clean and very comfortable. Great beds!! And we loved the outdoor shower. If you are traveling with dogs it is a great place to stay. The floors are wonderful and easy to clean. The yard is fenced in however always check the gates (there are 3 of them) they got left open a lot. So we just took them out on a leash to make sure no escaping. The back area is totally closed in so we were comfortable leaving them out there when we were out there. Kitchen is totally equipt. And it has a great washer and dryer. We love VB and when we come back we will definitely stay here!!

LOVED IT!

The Leaping Doodle was fabulous! So quaint and cozy; has everything you need for a relaxing beach week. Extra dog friendly too - dog bowls provided. Our son was stateside for a few weeks and got to stay with us due to proximity to the base. Highly recommend and we’lll be back!

Wonderful Find!

We enjoyed the quiet restfulness, the charming decor with cheerful beach colors, the cool air conditioning during summer heat; the 5-minute walk to the ocean, and being a short drive to restaurants, shops and a dolphin cruise! We were thrilled we could bring our dear family dog with us to this pet-friendly rental with fenced yards in the front and back. We would definitely love to stay as guests again.

The interior is cheerful and well organized. The location is amazing — on the beachside, an easy walk to a beautiful, uncrowded, wide beach; across the street, a pristine forest with cedar-lined walks. Ideal for dogs.

The backyard was disgusting and full of flies. We were unable to enjoy it at all. The outdoor shower was rotted and the floor was about to break so we never used it. If the owners perhaps used some rent money to reinvest in a backyard, it would be better. We found a cockroach crawling up the wall where our daughter was sleeping. She ran out of her room screaming. We contact the property owners and they gave us a partial return of our money but acted like we were being unreasonable. I am sorry. I draw the line at disgusting bugs like cockroaches.
