'We had a great stay, Maxine is amazing and walked us through everything from getting parked to getting to our room. The rooftop is so fun, we had our kiddos with us and we had a great time playing g games while waiting for the Friday fireworks show to start across the street at the stadium. 'Excellent property by Hyatt. We lived in a 2bhk condo which was fully furnished with all equipments. The kitchen was fully loaded and our one day stay was awesome. The interior designing is done nicely and you'll love it.'

'5 star rating, because I dont want to ding them. I made the mistake of not researching what I was getting into. Good for the money if you need to be in downtown reno. This is Student Housing, which they didn't go out of their way to mention. The unit itself was nice, and clean. The neighborhood (downtown Reno) is like a trashy vegas. There was dog poop in the hallways. Hallways and common areas are what you would imagine being at student housing. 2 am fire alarm pull, was not pleasant. Parking...

'This is a beautiful home with plenty of space to enjoy each others company. Management very responsive to questions and minor concerns. We really appreciate the toys, rollaway cots, second living room for kid movies, hot tub, well appointed kitchen and wonderful outdoor spaces. Many thanks!\'

'I was happily surprised at the charm, extras, and location! Very close to the Riverwalk & not far from the downtown area. Kitchenette had everything pots, pans, utensils, dishes, spices, sugar & creamer. Laundry in the unit with detergent & dryer sheets provided. Other extras were snacks, bottled water, mints, earplugs & coffee. '

'My stay was very nice. The room was not as updated as the pictures show. You can see updates in the room. The room is very nice, very spacious. It suited its purpose for what I needed it for and I would stay again.'

'Family wedding in Genoa. Needed lots of space to get everyone dressed and pressed! Grandbabies got to make s'mores every night. The kitchen was perfect to fit everyone around the island to cook and prep. I left some huge cookware but im sure it will be there when we return to Reno for another family event! Thank you to Victoria for being so helpful! Anither perfect weekend!'

'We stayed only one night. But it was a great stay. Super cool place that’s amazing for lounging. It’s also in a great lication for enjoying the various areas of Reno and surrounding area. '

'Condo was just as pictured - clean and comfortable. Many thoughtful touches provided. Perfect size and setup for our family trip. Setting is very serene - quiet and well kept. Nice location - we could indeed walk to restaurants and a hiking trail. The only thing that was not optimal was the beach access - while the listing did not mention access and the owner later clarified the situation for me (via a message answering my questions), we assumed that beach access was included when we reserved....

"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
