'This hotel has exceed my expectations ! I will be staying again'

'The staff took forever to clean my room . I told the lady at 10 am that I would want a make up room. And she even asked me for my room number and to my disappointment when I went back at 2:30!in the afternoon the room was not yet done . I called and spoke to three different front desks staff and they always told me in 3 min they will come to clean . Until finally my last call the cleaning lady came and cleaned it . For a 5 star hotel this is worst since this was the first time I experienced this...

'The fish soup was delicious. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The musty smell of the carpet, from the lobby to the hallways to the room, is so bad that I had to sleep with a mask on. My sinuses got inflamed. I am looking forward to the Waterfront getting rid of those carpets, which have become home to the mold and mildew causing the mustiness.'
