'I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. '

' The wife and I stayed at the Shangri-la from August 25th to September 7th. We had no previous experience at a resort setting and so did know what an awesome experience shangri-la would be. From the hotel staff that welcomed you in when you stepped out of the cab to really all the men and woman who work there. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.
