'I am from UK and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel was something I didn't expect, it was such a lovely, comfortable, relaxing and friendly stay. I have now found my permanent hotel for Rajkot, the staff were all so friendly, the rooms were very spacious and I just felt like I was at home. The security guard who opens the door to everyone with smile made my day, THANK YOU ALL!

'Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe.
The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language.

'This property is awful and clearly hasn’t had any maintenance or investment for a long time. The place is very dirty, full of health hazards and our entire room flooded after running the shower - the maintenance man (who I think is also the cook and the cleaner) spent almost an hour mopping up the mess. Terrifying to go in the lift as it had all sorts of cables exposed. Stay away! '

'Pls be aware do not book this hotel it is absolutely disgusting unhealthy and completely unhygienic. We had booked the room for 3 nights upon arrival we did not stay in room for more then two min as it was that bad. Room was not cleaned, stuff was broken, someone’s used soap was there in bathroom, mat was not even changed from previous guest. Just yikes all over one would get sick just staying there for an hour and they did not even refund our money '

'Fantastic stay. Location was great if need to access city, can get taxi easy, rooms clean and good working AC. Bed comfortable and all staff helpful. Was there for a 2 week stay and will be back. The food was perfect and traditional Indian taste and roti was nice. Keep it up! '
