'Beautiful historical place and building. You can feel the history behind. The furniture is nice and well restored. The room is comfortable. There is a tavern next and we had dinner and good local beers.
The breakfast was amazing: you can choose the food and it is prepared especially for you. The woman was very nice and served us in a beautiful dining room. We loved the stay. '

'Zeer ruime en heel nette kamer. Spijtig dat er geen koffiezet aanwezig is op de kamer, er is wel koffie beschikbaar in de lobby (maar dat was wel een eindje stappen vanaf onze kamer en ik was door een valpartij enkele dagen voordien - in een voetverband beland). Ontbijt is supergoed !'

'The perfect stay! A lot of hard work goes into the experience here. It's evident in everything from the furnishings to the gardens, paint work, carpets, bedding, amenities, and yes the food was excellence. The breakfast was hand made home cooked perfection.

Outdoor furniture is spread throughout the large backyard along the river, where we spent time enjoying our morning coffee and relaxing after hiking.
