Villa Bellavista Poletti is a newly built holiday home on its own fenced plot of 4500 m2 in the village of Markovac, about 14 km from Porec and 11 km from the sea. In Visnjan, 2 km away, there is the nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and much more.

The house built in 2014., is surrounded by greenery and offers beautiful panoramic sea views. Outside the house there is an outdoor pool with salt water, loungers and shower, 2 covered terraces with seating set, a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue, covered area with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts, as well as a swing, trampoline, goals for football (small) and an attractive gravel trail available for mountain bikers. On the mezzanine there is a spacious bedroom with access to the terrace with garden furniture and beautiful view, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a bedroom with separate beds and a private bathroom.
