'Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. 'Room was clean! Great shower. Lots of slots. Didn’t find the other room of slots until late at night as we thought they were all by the buffet and steak house. Wished we would have asked if there were more as those were some of our favorites.
Need some Wheel of Fortune and new Buffalo games.

'Es un buen hotel para hospedarse, tiene lo necesario. Lo que más destaco es el personal, muy amables todos. Es un súper plus que incluyan el desayuno en la estadía, y está rico. Tiene un estacionamiento amplio. 'Pros:
Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in.
Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels.
Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. I can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as I didn’t take advantage of either.

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'
