Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.'

Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! Sorry but I know that you want to improve your property as an investor. Please provide a bottle opener and corkscrew for next guest.. thank you. Unit has great potential overall.'

'Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk.
