Sophisticated apartment just a few meters from the Itapoã beachfront, designed and prepared down to the smallest detail for seasonal rental, with all the comforts of a hotel, located in the heart of Itapoã, close to all amenities, bakeries, restaurants, gym, bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, beauty salons, etc. The apartment has a covered parking space available for guests.

It is necessary to send the full name and ID details of all guests 24 hours before check-in so that the stay can be registered with the condominium. Note: Smoking is not permitted inside our accommodations.

The apartment is located on the 14th floor. The balcony is very spacious and cozy, with an electric grill, beer fridge, sofa and stools, providing a stunning view of the city, the mountains, the neighborhood and a beautiful sunset. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, the master suite has a generous walk-in closet and the second bedroom has a desk for a home office.

For the accommodation of a fifth guest, there is an extra mattress available, which can be used as an alternative to the reclining sofa in the living room. For families with a baby, we provide a bathtub and stroller, and a portable crib can also be installed upon request.

I maintain contact with guests from the beginning of the booking process until checkout, to assist with accommodation and the surrounding area. I have a team prepared to handle any needs that may arise during their stay.

Itapoã boasts one of the city's most popular beaches, located between Praia da Costa and Praia de Itaparica. It's home to some of the region's most traditional restaurants and shops, and offers the privilege of one of the city's most stunning views.

The area has a diverse range of shops and services nearby, making it convenient for guests to do everything on foot. Our accommodation offers one covered parking space, and there is free parking in front of the building.
