Villa Casa Vista is a completely renovated Istrian stone house, located on the edge of Vizinada with a beautiful panoramic view of Motovun and the greenry of Istria. Approximately 20-minutes drive to Porec and 17 km from the tourist resort Lanterna where are beautiful and well-kept pebble and rocky beaches. Near the house there are several wine and olive oil roads, as well famous wineries. The house is located on a well-kept and fully fenced garden of 700 m2, with an outdoor pool of 32 m², swings for children, two covered terraces for lounging and dining outdoors. Small tavern is in a separate building with an equipped kitchen and fireplace, as well as one shower /wc.
Covered parking for two vehicles are available in the yard.


This beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool covers a total of 100m2 living area on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, living room, and a separate toilet. At the entrance to the house, there is a nice covered terrace with lounge furniture and a beautiful view. On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, two single rooms and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. One room leads to a spacious balcony with seating, from which there is a wonderful view of Motovun and the green landscape.
