'We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

'The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. '

'We were absolutely blown away by this apartment! What a stunning view of the lake. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay & we spent lots of time sitting out on the patio. Bed was very comfortable & we loved the wine/beer/water & chocolates that were left for us. It was such a nice touch for a perfect first stay in Switzerland. Loved being able to walk down to the beach area off the lake and the nearby town was very quaint. Would 100% recommend!!! '

'Es hat alles super geklappt!Wir sind vollstens zufrieden.Wichtig wäre jedoch die Info, dass über nur Doppelbettdecken zur Verfügung stehen. Wenn man das nicht mag oder es eben zwei Freunde sind. Die sich ein Bett teilen, ist es sinnvoll noch eine Decke mitzunehmen.Und einen Dosenöffner haben wir vermisst.Aber ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!'
