'This was quite a find! Lovely hotel, extremely well-kept and beautifully decorated. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was quiet, despite being on the ground floor facing the road. Though it's a little outside of town centre, it was a quick and easy walk (took us less than 20 minutes walk to get to the port, would be a quick bus or taxi ride) and I appreciated the quiet area. 'This is an excellent family-owned hotel with fabulous decor just a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal. It's location about 3 minutes from the main street means it's nice and quiet. 'In een eerste oogopslag betreft het een uitstekend en goed gericht hotel. Echter er wordt duidelijk bespaard op onderhoud en mogelijk ook op personeel. Met name het sanitair is na de de kortgeleden uitgevoerde renovatie al weer toe aan onderhoud. Slecht werkende spoelinrichting, loshangende douche, slecht sluitende douchedeur, schimmel op de kit voegen of zelfs ontbrekende kit voegen. De wandtegels waren aangeslagen met kalksluiers. Werking airco niet goed in te stellen...
