'This was the worst place we stayed in during our Iceland trip. We picked it because of its location close to the airport. The cottage is very basic, just the regular cheap Ikea stuff an no attempt to make it nicer than is necessary.
The walls of the apartment are paper thin. We could hear the toilet drip next door. We had a family of four (our apartment only had two small hard beds) next to us that decided to stay up late.
Plates and cups were not clean.

'Check in was swift and easy, easy going manager. Lot of respect for them as a couple because they run the property totally on their own. Making long hours and driving guests very early in the morning (starting +- 4 Am) , at no extra cost, to the airport (10 minut drive).
Kitchen is well equipped, it's some of the guests (like everywhere else) that ar not cleaning up after using.
