'I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.'

'Ontbijt buffet was slecht nauwelijks keuze liften zijn ook niet echt top en het hotel verkeerd momenteel in staat van verbouwing. Het is er wel netjes en schoon en het personeel is vriendelijk positief is ook dat de M1 metro lijn direct naast het hotel het lawaai daarvan hoor je binnen echter wel dat is dan weer jammer'

'Amazing place to stay! Perfect location in the historic old center of the city, great ammunitions and room is very clean. A great breakfast every morning is included as well. There are so many places of interest to see, public transportation is near by, endless amount of the great restaurants are located around. As a bonus area around is so picturesque and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. '

'This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean.
