'We were in the hotel room for less than 5 minutes and seen a bed bug. Instantly checked out at 1 am. Tried contacting the hotel through Expedia to no avail. Would not recommend staying here unless you really like bugs…then this place is for you!'

'The stay was beyond our expectations. Neither of us had ever stayed at a Fairfield Inn, but we had a great experience. The hotel was easy to access and close to where we needed to be. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our regret was that we did not bring swimwear to enjoy the indoor pool. The breakfast was more than we could ever want and definitely more than we needed to eat! We were extremely happy with our choice!'

'Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though.'

'We had a great stay here. Highly recommend the large (total of 4 beds) family room, it was a great value. The indoor pool, onsite coin operated laundry, free continental breakfast (it's simple, but it does the job, AND they have the self serve waffle iron that everyone loves), free parking, and convenient access (next to a Walmart) make this hotel hard to beat when staying in the Troy area.'

'Our stay was perfect. Very clean. Staff was great. The morning breakfast was great. Absolutely no complaints. The night clerk was very nice and helpful. Being from Canada we may never return but if we are in the area again we would not hesitate. A++'

'Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again.'

'The ac unit kept going on and off, throughout the night, it got hot and it was so loud then silent every 15 mins, couldn’t sleep, asked the front desk if there was a way to keep it on and not go off, she said no, gave me a small fan to use, the next morning before checking out I went to put my suitcase in my car and I had the fan in my arm to turn in when I gave my door keys back, and the front door staff came outside yelling we took their fan, we turned around and said we are coming back in to...

'The hotel is nicely tucked away from everything so makes for a super quite and restful stay but yet still very much accessible to to main st. Breakfast was awesome and the staff very helpful and nice.'

'The room was not clean and it had a horrible pot smell even though it was a non smoking room. They claimed they didn’t have any room left to change us and we had to stay there. It felt so bad and dirty. I do not recommend it at all.'

'Dit hotel was zeer goed om te verblijven. Ook voor meerdere nachten. Centraal gelegen, veel eetgelegenheid en een wallmart in de buurt. Kamer is schoon en netjes. Enige nadeel is dat mijn kamer gehorig was. Ik denk dat dit ook te maken had met het feit dat de kamer een familiekamer was. (Interne deur naar de kamer ernaast.) Hierdoor kon je de mensen in de andere kamer goed horen. '

'Left for the day and came back to my bed not changed nor fresh towels were brought. I had to go and get sheets for my bed and towels for my room. Then was questioned, "why I didn't call earlier that morning to report it?" "Well, mama, I have been here since this morning and just got back."'
