PLEASE NOTE: Bathrooms are in the bedrooms and you can hear some noise from neighbors during the day before quiet hours. If this will negatively affect your stay, please book elsewhere.
We value your privacy and want you to vacation your way. We don't like to pester our wonderful guests so you most likely won't hear from us after your check in instructions. That said, we love when we do get to interact with guests and are available at any time to fix any problems. Don't hesitate to reach out!
Located on Austin Ave, the heart of downtown Waco. Magnolia Silos just a half mile away along with great restaurants/bars in walking distance! The best coffee shops in Waco are also very close! Pinewood Coffee Bar and Dichotomy are our 2 favorites. We know you'll leave loving Waco after your time at our place.
There are restaurant and shops in walking distance of the apartment. However, Waco has a lot of free parking so we always recommend driving if it's going to be a hot day or you're wanting to do some shopping.
For your safety and peace of mind there are cameras outside the building and in the hallways. Also, since your downtown there will be some street noise and light at night. There is also a train the runs through Waco so if you are a really light sleeper this might not be your best spot. It didn't bother my wife and I when we lived here but we always want to be transparent about things that could detract from your stay.
Property House Rules
1. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR IN THE BUILDING. This is per the owner of the building and if caught, you may be subject to a fine of $500.
2. Guests agree to abide by maximum occupancy as described on the listing.
3. Guests agree to having NO LOUD PARTIES on the property. Please respect our neighbors and other residents. Any excessive, lewd, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated, and such may be cause for immediate removal or otherwise.
4. We DO NOT allow pets. While we love animals of all kinds, we do this out of respect for other guests that may be allergic.
5. Check in is 4pm-10pm. Check-out is no later than 10am.
6. Guests are responsible for the security of all contents in the condo during their stay.
7. Mandatory quiet hours are 10pm-10am
