This was by far the best stocked home that we have ever stayed in. Everything was clean, and well decorated …especially for our family as our daughter was there for her Baylor orientation. We traveled with our tiny Shih Tzus and it was safe yard for them. It was extremely well lit at night which was perfect for them and me while I stayed outside with them. We were just blocks away from the school which was very important for us since we’re unfamiliar with the area. This is the perfect place for a small family to stay. We highly recommend and would gladly return. Sic ‘Em Bears

Great Stay

The Baylor House is great! We loved everything about it, but two minor things: there is no Wi-Fi and there are only mirrors in the bathrooms. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

great house and great location

Everything was really good and the house was very well prepared for cooking. Best ever in a VRBO. The only thing that we didn't like was the uncomfortable couch. That thing is like a rock. Other than that is was great.

Very happy

We have stayed with many VRBO listings over the years and this place was the cleanest and most well stocked we have ever stayed (bathrooms, kitchen, etc.). There were no issues with WiFi unlike a previous review. A/C worked great during our stay in which daytime highs reached over 100 degrees F. Nice spacious backyard for our dog (70 lbs) to run around and play. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to a family or individuals visiting Waco.

Great Pet Friendly!

Close to Baylor so was perfect for move-in weekend and helping my students get settled in their condo. They also have dogs so it was wonderful that they could bring them over for late night card games! The enclosed backyard was an extra bonus so they could run around without their leashes. The house was clean and well-equipped. Thanks so much!

Cute small home close to area sights

Clean and well kept older home that was in neighborhood with many college houses. Appreciated all the little amenities on the property - was very thoughtful and helpful. Would not recommend this place for young children- college party on Saturday night was very loud. The hosts of the party did politely come over to warn us but still disturbed our sleep for many hours.
