Het Simplicity House is allesbehalve eenvoudig. Dit huis met 3 slaapkamers, 3 1/2 badkamers, elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer en suite, heeft een comfortabele woonkamer met een gezellige conversatieruimte, open naar de eetkamer en keuken. Er zijn twee portieken, een aan de voorkant van het huis en een aan de achterkant van het huis. Beide zijn perfecte plaatsen om 's ochtends van uw koffie te genieten of' s avonds zelfs van een glas wijn. Dit huis ligt op loopafstand van Magnolia, Baylor, McLane Stadium, winkels, restaurants en naast waar het nieuwe Waco Center of Art zal worden gevestigd, waar ook bedrijfs- en bruiloftsevenementen zullen plaatsvinden. Als u een bruiloft of andere evenementen plant, neem dan vooraf contact op met de eigenaar om te proberen dit huis en een of twee andere huizen naast de deur te reserveren om uw feest bij elkaar te houden. First ever "sisters" trip...We could not have asked for things to be more perfect. From booking, communication with host (who is AMAZING), location, cleanliness...I could go on and on. We came to Waco for a birthday celebration. The Simplicity house was perfect for what we needed and it felt just like home. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so for 3 ladies, it was perfect. Great house

Our family from Washington and Florida was visiting and we decided to take them for a night to Waco. This sweet house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. The small touches throughout were tasteful and everyone absolutely loved the privacy of their own bathroom in their room. The kitchen was fully stocked with the best little coffee bar set up. Such a great house, I would highly recommend this home and if we ever make it back to Waco, we will definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip to Waco and there was 5 of us-girls trip. Def felt safe and after looking around the area, so glad we stayed where we did! Secure parking around back, walking distance to downtown & house was loaded with everything and more that we would have needed! Updated Clean Great Location

Our family loved this completely updated, clean and spacious home. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and there is gated parking as well. The location is walkable to Magnolia and any other sites around Magnolia. Owner communicated clearly and was a wonderful hostess!
