The lower level, housed within the shipping container, offers a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom layout with a kitchenette and living area. Through a unique access portal built into the side window, ascend to the new upstairs area. Here, you`ll find a living room and bedroom with its very own private balcony. Alternatively, take the outdoor staircase up to the rooftop patio for easy access to the second-story space and revel in the unique design from above.

Things to note:

Our dining options are a bar-top for two and a two-person dining table.

To access the second floor from inside, there is a ladder option. For stairs, you must access the second story from the exterior. There are no stairs inside.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
Pets: We are pet-friendly! Pets are required to be listed on the reservation and the pet fee must be paid. Maximum of 2 pets only

No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.


We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to review and understand the policy before booking to avoid any surprises later.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible.

NOTE: For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the entrance parking area. There are no cameras inside the property.
