'Our stay was very nice. Check-in was easy, communication with the hosts was very reasonable, they had many items that we needed for the beach and in the house so that we could make our own meals. It was very neat, not cluttered. The location was very peaceful and quiet. The backyard was small, but had a picnic table to eat outside and the hot tub was clean and in good condition. There was a nice little porch to sit on and enjoy the view.'

'Everything was great! Joe took various extra steps to make our stay perfect. Added welcome gifts and such. In addition, he included all our needs for a great week including all we could imagine for going to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, surf/paddle/body boards, etc and all house needs (toliertries, kitchen equipment, laundry, diswasher soaps, etc). Above and beyond!'
