Welkom bij Fairway Waikoloa G33! Met een Hawaiiana-thema overal, is deze unieke accommodatie genesteld in een tuinachtige omgeving in het zeer gewilde Waikoloa Beach Resort. Dit condominium bevindt zich in het Fairway Villas-complex en is ongeëvenaard in zijn pracht, stijl en voorzieningen.

Deze loft met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers heeft een open en uitnodigende plattegrond die gemakkelijk plaats biedt aan zes gasten.

De hale wordt perfect onderhouden en is een perfecte plek om in het paradijs te verblijven terwijl u geniet van uw eerste reis naar Hawaii, huwelijksreis, zakenreis, huwelijksverjaardag of andere speciale gelegenheid.

Ter plaatse heeft u een prachtig overloopzwembad en een bubbelbad, met een overvloed aan ligstoelen om te genieten van de zon. Er is een goed verdeelde oefenruimte met loopband, elliptische trainer en een verscheidenheid aan andere apparatuur om u fit te houden en te trimmen ondanks al uw vakantieplezier.

Over dineren gesproken ... Je bent op twee minuten afstand van zowel de Kings and Queens-marktplaatsen die zijn verankerd door de keuken van wereldklasse van Roy's, samen met tientallen en tientallen intrigerende winkels om je shopervaring te verwennen.

Twee kampioenschap golfbanen zijn open voor het publiek en onze eenheid is gelegen naast de 15e green. De buiten Lanai biedt een prachtig uitzicht op Kohala en, Mauna Kea bergen, evenals de golfbaan.

Op slechts een paar minuten rijden vindt u de pittoreske Ana'eho'omalu-baai die gewoonlijk wordt aangeduid als (A-Bay). A-Bay heeft een aantal van de meest ontzagwekkende zonsondergangen die je overal ter wereld kunt vinden. Het is een geweldig strand om te zwemmen, snorkelen of gewoon te ontspannen op het zout- en peperzand. Er is ook een groot getijdenzwembad dat u zeker wilt verkennen en er is oceaan dineren in het aangrenzende restaurant Lava Lava.

Het complex heeft een lift naar de unit en heeft centrale airconditioning om u het hele jaar door comfortabel te houden. Logeren bij Hale Maika'i is een ervaring die u niet wilt missen! Kom en ervaar de aloha-geest en je zult merken dat je jaar na jaar terugkeert.

Stayed here many times. Always comfortable. The water filter and ice dispenser on the refrigerator don't work. The Brits pitcher needed to have the filter changed. Also, needed to change the batteries in 2 remotes for the TVS. Other than that, just lovely.

This is a very well kept condo that is well equipped with everything you need. We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. The only down side is the garage is too small for most vehicles but there are a number of visitor parking spots you can use.

Perfect!

Everything we needed all in one location! We were a party of 4 (2 adults, a 19yr old and a 16 yr old). Our 16 yr old stayed in the loft on the 2nd floor, and our 19 yr old stayed in the guest room. All appliances were there and we even had to use the first aid kit for a minor cut. Pool was beautiful and was happy that the spa was for adults only. We took advantage of the washer and dryer on our last day, and used the extra blankets at night. Garage had all the beach necessities however the bikes were just a tease since they were locked up. We called to try and get access but due to liability reasons, they didn't allow us to use them. We will definitely be back!

The community was nice and we enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to the shopping area and the beach for sunset one night. The unit itself did the job, but it let us down two ways: 1) the decor was dusty; 2) the shower curtain in the second bathroom was very dirty (so dirty that I had my kids use the master bathroom shower) and the light fixture was flickering. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas, but there was only one boogie board. If you decide to stay here, know that a van will not fit in the garage.You need to park in a guest space in the parking lot (which will not be labeled with the unit number). Communication on this point ahead of time would have been appreciated, as we spent too much time trying to figure that out in the dark. Luckily the manager did reply to my text even though office hours were closed.

Nice place. Could use a trip to Costco for silverware, etc.

It's a nice place and we'd stay here again. Kona Vacation Rentals did a great job of keeping us informed, check in, etc. It's a really nice place in a nice location for sure. We have three kids and the loft was perfect. It has a nice golf course view and you can sit on the deck and provide your own critique as golfers tee off just yards away. Also, it's on the dark side of the complex, so you get a night sky view without the light pollution from Kings/Queens shops. Lot's of stars out at night. The only real negative with the silverware and pan situation. It's not good. There are like four small forks, five regular sized forks, four teaspoons and four tablespoons. LOL. No, I'm not kidding. We made due and (although I thought about it), it wasn't enough for me to deduct a star. We had a great time as always when we come, the place is clean, the concierge was great and helped us book an awesome manta ray snorkel with the whole family (thanks David), so overall, it was great. As others have noted, the garage won't fit a minivan. that said, in 12 days we never had an issue finding visitor parking, so no problem there. And yes, there are beach chairs and 1) boogie board. We bought a few cheapie board from Walmart for the other two kids and left them in the garage for others to use as well as a couple of new Tommy Bahama costco chairs that were given to us by other vacationers who were heading home. Have fun!

Great location, clean, quiet-made for the perfect trip!

We had such a great time at this property! It is located very close to the Queens market and the Kings shops, so we were able to walk to get a morning coffee before starting our day! The unit is spacious, quiet, and our enquiries to the property management company were handled in a timely and friendly manner. We took the kids on walks around the property, & the pool was a great way to spend the hot afternoons. We also explored many beaches, booked Captain Cook excursions & a luau (with the advice of a concierge David-this is a service offered by Kona properties, I would recommend taking advantage of it as he was able to provide us with a lot of advice and insight prior to our trip. We will happily book with KCV again!!!
