IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
PLEASE NOTE: The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will be undergoing exterior painting from September 2026 through November 2027. Building F is scheduled for July 12-August 12, 2027. This project should be a reasonably unobtrusive project and not affect guest stays.

PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot.  Only one car allowed for overnight parking with this vacation rental.  Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.  
HOT TUB Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke and vape free property. No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to a local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
