Je hebt de gehele woning helemaal voor jezelf en hoeft dus alleen met je reisgezelschap te delen.

Onze villa biedt 2 slaapkamers en 2. 5 baden, in totaal meer dan 1400 vierkante voet plus 2 Lanais.

Het is perfect voor gezinnen of koppels die samen op vakantie zijn. De goed uitgeruste keuken heeft prachtige esdoorn kasten en granieten werkbladen. Achttien-voet gewelfde plafonds in de woonkamer en tien-voet plafonds in de villa zorgen voor een open, eiland en luchtig gevoel.

De slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping biedt een kingsize bed met Sleepnumbers matras, een eigen badkamer met dubbele wastafel, apart ligbad, douche en Lanai. De tweede slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping biedt een kingsize bed en een pack-n-play voor jongere kinderen.

Het complex biedt ruime parkeergelegenheid voor gasten, 2 zwembaden met watervallen van lavasteen, een jacuzzi, tennisbanen en een fitnessruimte. Het grote zwembad en de fitnessruimte met airconditioning liggen op een steenworp afstand van uw villa en bieden de perfecte combinatie van gemak en privacy. Onze villa en zijn voorzieningen stralen kwaliteit en comfort uit.

Twee golfbanen zijn beschikbaar in het Waikoloa Beach Resort; de Beach Course ontworpen door Robert Trent Jones, Jr. en de King's Course ontworpen door Tom Weiskopf. U vindt ook verschillende andere golfbanen van wereldklasse binnen 15 minuten van onze villa, waaronder de Mauna Lani-baan, gastheer van vele eerdere Senior Skins Games met zijn kenmerkende 15-hole over het water; de Mauna Kea (een cursus Robert Trent Jones, Sr.); en Hapuna Beach ontworpen door Arnold Palmer.

Dicht bij designerwinkels in de Kings Shops zoals Tiffany's, Coach, Louis Vuitton, Maui Divers, Tori Richard en Honolua Surf Co om er maar een paar te noemen.

Op minder dan 1,5 km afstand in het prestigieuze Waikoloa Hilton Beach Resort, kunt u zwemmen met de dolfijnen in de wereldberoemde Dolphin Quest. Camp Menehune at the Hilton is beschikbaar voor niet-Hilton-gasten en biedt activiteiten voor kinderen van vijf jaar en ouder, zodat u een dag voor uzelf kunt hebben om een avontuur te plannen of gewoon te ontspannen. De Kohola Spa in het Hilton is spectaculair.

Ook binnen een mijl van de villa biedt het witte zandstrand van Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) snorkelen, windsurfen en kajakken, zonsondergang en walvis spotten, of u kunt gewoon ontspannen in de schaduw van een palmboom.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks in this condo. We have stayed in other condos in this complex and this condo is by far the best we have stayed in. It was very clean when we arrived. Communication with Kristi was very easy. The condo had everything we needed. We appreciated having a small supply of spices and condiments. The beach equipment saved us from renting or buying. Beds were very comfortable. We loved opening the curtains in the morning and looking out on the golf course. The furniture on the upper and lower lianas were so comfortable and clean, a favorite place to enjoy our down time.

We had another great stay at the property, it couldn’t have been any better. Loved all the new beach gear/toys and the unit was supplied with enough thoughtful supplies that we did not have to run to the store for common kitchen and bathroom items. This location is absolutely ideal with easy access to beaches, shops and dining. I especially love the patio off of the primary bedroom, opening up to the golf course making it an ideal location for morning coffee and the beds are very comfortable as well. Great Condo

My wife and I stayed 2+ months. We had visits from our son & wife, then our 5 grandchildren (two at a time + one single, over 2+ months). The condo was perfect. It is clean, quiet, great kitchen, along with beach toys, snorkels & chairs. Parking right outside our door. Kristi, the owner, was wonderful to deal with. Any questions were answered almost instantly. Beds, towels, linens, cushions in great shape. Nice patio and furniture much nicer than most neighbors. Location ideal for a variety of trips and sightseeing. No surprises!! Hope to return in the future.

Loved our stay

This unit is well-situated in the Waikoloa Colony Villas. It is quiet and peaceful but a short distance to shopping and beach. As noted by previous reviews, the unit is very well equipped in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. Our family group included a 7 month old, and the Pack and Play was a great plus. The owner is so helpful and easy to contact and communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We visited the area with family members that were participating in the Ironman tournament. This condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negative for us in this situation was the limitation of visitor parking at the complex.

We were very happy with the accommodations, and they were exactly as described and then some. Beautiful condo in a perfect location

We enjoyed our three week stay very much. Condo is wonderfully equipped and organized. Had everything we needed for cooking. Very nice to have Kona coffee supplied. Beautiful quiet golf course views. Great for walking. Gorgeous pool. Would recommend that the children’s pool be better advertised for all guests. One morning we had five kids under 4 in the pool. The parents didn’t even know there was a kids pool. Would be nice if it was an adult pool and kids in the other pool. Other than that we loved it all and would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

This property was beautiful. Each floor was well decorated, had plenty of space, and was well furnished. The property was quite nice, and we enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and that it was a gated community. We were able to walk to the beach and the Kings and Queens marketplaces, and the room was well stocked with beach items. When we had one question during our stay, the host responded immediately. Best Experience on Th Big Island

I have stayed in this complex 5 times over the last 10 years, in different condos each time. This was by far, our best experience. The condo was beautiful, well equipped with kitchen/cooking supplies as well as beach supplies. Had a small issue during our visit, and the owner responded right away and was very helpful with a solution. I will definitely seek out this condo for our next visit.

Wonderful, spacious condo

I love the Waikoloa area and this was my first time staying at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The condo was very spacious and the décor is very island style. I was impressed with how clean the place felt when we arrived. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. The amenities were great and you can't beat the location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Waikoloa resort area. Definitely would recommend and will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed for 10 days at the condo and it was a great place for our family. When we arrived it was very clean and the artwork on the walls is beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and directions on how to operate all the systems was clearly listed in the welcome book. We loved our time on the big island and this was a very nice spot to stay while we explored all the beautiful beaches in the area. The community pool wasn’t heated and that was my only complaint because it was really too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes. We were mostly at the beach anyway.

A truly wonderful experience! Christie was so helpful with recommendations and check in information was super clear. The gated Colony villas was so beautiful, had an amazing pool and was close to everything. Highly recommend a rental vehicle to explore the island. Excellent ! I couldn’t even put into words how excellent this place is. The condo has everything you could ever need, the hosts are great, easy to get a hold of. The size is amazing never feeling on top of each other. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very large! Close walk to the pool, privacy to your own lanai and large green area behind.
