Waikoloa Beach Villas is een van de meest gewilde gemeenschappen voor vakantie verhuur binnen het resort. De uitstekende locatie aan de overkant van de straat van de Queens 'Marketplace en naast de Kings' Shops heeft uitstekende restaurants, winkels, winkels en winkels. Anaehoomalu Bay (ook bekend als A-Bay) ligt op minder dan 15 minuten lopen, terwijl de andere stranden van wereldklasse van Mauna Kea Beach en Hapuna Beach zich op minder dan 15 minuten rijden bevinden.


Elke gast kan achterover leunen en samen genieten van zijn tijd in deze prachtige villa. De open en uitnodigende woonkamer is voorzien van een grote flatscreen-tv en comfortabele designmeubels.



Een gastronomische keuken is de droom van elke chef en is volledig uitgerust met roestvrijstalen apparaten. De overdekte eetzaal biedt plaats aan zes met zitplaatsen voor vier meer aan de ontbijttafel. De eethoek in de buitenlucht ligt dicht bij de keuken en de woonkamer en is voorzien van artistieke patio-meubels, een ingebouwde barbecue en een eettafel met stoelen voor vier personen.


Boven is de master suite met een kingsize bed en een aangrenzende badkamer, en er is een junior suite met een queensize bed en een aangrenzende badkamer. Ook is er een loft met een slaapbank en een flatscreen-tv, samen met een full-size wasmachine en droger. Beneden is een logeerkamer met een queensize bed en een complete badkamer naast de deur.


Waikoloa Beach Villas heeft twee zwembaden, twee bubbelbaden en een fitnesscentrum. Het is een van de gemeenschappen met de laagste dichtheid in het resort. Deze accommodatie is onberispelijk onderhouden en uitgerust met hoogwaardige meubels en afwerkingen, strandspullen (minimaal twee strandstoelen, twee boogieplanken, koeler en parasol) en alles wat u nodig hebt om van dit vakantiehuis uw ideale thuis weg van huis te maken voor uw vakantie.


De villa omvat ook een basis "opstarttoevoer" van: wasmiddel, vuilniszakken, keukenspons, vloeibare zeep, tabbladen voor vaatwassers, papieren handdoeken, toiletpapier, shampoo / conditioner, kleine zeep en zout / peper. Er worden geen bakoliën en specerijen verstrekt. Zodra de opstartvoorziening op is, kunt u er zelf voor kiezen om extra benodigdheden aan te schaffen als dat nodig is. Reinigingsoplosmiddelen worden niet meegeleverd.


De villa ligt dicht bij de Queen's Shops, een schilderachtige winkelbestemming compleet met kunstgalerijen, een gastronomische supermarkt, kledingboetieks en enkele van de beste eetgelegenheden zoals Sansei's Steak and Seafood, Aloha Bar en meer. Ze hebben ook een handige food court met "high-speed fastfood" zoals Lemon Grass. De "King Shops" zijn ook gunstig gelegen, met exclusieve high-end winkels en restaurants.

Great experience

Great condo unit. We had an issue with a clogged toilet and the team responded and repaired the toilet in less than 30 mins. Great location and great unit. Definitely would consider using them again.

No complaints about anything except that the key was supposed to work at 4:00 to get in, but it didn’t work until 4:15. The unit was gorgeous and clean. The Hilton pool pass made everything even better because of the open water lagoon that has 1000’s of fish and a whole bunch of sea turtles it was great snorkeling

Our family stayed for 5 days and were impressed with the convenient location to grocery, shops and restaurants as well as near the great Resort Pools. Fabulous beach near Lava Lava Restaurant. Resortica Mgmt. company was very helpful with any of our needs.

Beautiful & relaxing Big Island accomodations

Gorgeous end unit with nice family living spaces to gather, outdoor lanai and upstairs balcony. Walking distance to restaurants & shops, 2 min drive to gorgeous beach. On site pools (2) were relaxing and lovely, and we used the Hilton pool pass as well for the big resort vibe one day. Garage has boogie boards, sand tiys, beach chairs, snorkel gear. Highly recommend!

This condo had a perfect floor plan for our large family three bedrooms and three bathrooms. And the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. However the condo needs a really good cleaning, the walls all need washed and there is large amounts of dust on windowsills & light fixtures and the carpets are filthy. Also I noticed a review from January that mentioned how dirty the carpets were and that the mattresses were old and needed replaced and management said that they would pass the information along. These things have not been addressed as the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and pillows are old and flat. If they would fix these things it would be five stars perfect.

Very nice private and roomy condo

The 2 level condo is in a corner of the building which is very private and quiet. The unit is beautiful and has a very functional layout. Its a short walk to a couple upper-end shopping centers which include a very good supermarket, retail and restaurants. The beach is less than a mile away, although we spent the day at the Hilton pools, which are lots of fun. We'd stay here again.

We were here celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary & Birthday. We had a great time staying at this property. It was very clean & comfortable. The location was excellent. The Hilton Pool pass was awesome. Thank you. Looking forward to returning again.

Great location but could use some simple upgrades

Great location, great size for a family of 7. Some comments, the pillows are thin and should be upgraded in all bedrooms. Towels for the bathrooms are too small and should be more of bath sheet size. The carpets are dirty and need to be shampooed, especially on the stairs. The kitchen lacks a pizza cutter and pizza pan. The beach towels are small and thin (can get much better ones at Costco). Entering the community one should be specific that you QUICKLY have to put in the code or it doesn't work. The TV needs a separate sound bar-the sound quality is poor. The stove controllers are worn off and cannot be read. The grill burners cannot be controlled for heat, and the controller knob marks are worn off. Outdoor sofa is too small and cheap quality (especially cushions). King bed upstairs, the mattress needs to be upgraded, it is springy and very uncomfortable. Sofa in living room is not held together and connectors are broken so it moves easily on the floor and apart. We are local and have a VRBO listing on Puna side and these things can be easily changed and visitors would have a much more comfy experience. Just wanted to give you complete feedback. We overall enjoyed our stay and Mahalo!

Generally ok, but with a few issues

Dishwasher did not work correctly nor did the grill. Despite calling the management company. I think it was a warranty issue with the dishwasher, but that did not get my dishes clean. Had to do them by hand. Two of the four bar stools were broke. Not enough seating for everyone to eat at the same table. Yard was very small. No room for kids to play while we sat on the patio. Master bedroom balcony overlooked the gas station. The blinds did not work properly to keep out the light at night. Overall it was clean.

Private and great location.

This spacious end unit was also located at the end of the development, furthest away from the main gate. We really enjoyed the privacy and all the natural light that an end unit affords. Overall, the unit was well-kept. The only exceptions were the blinds over the sliders that had panels that did not close completely - I saw that there was a note about this to the property owner that was dated 3 months prior to our visit. Also, the lower rack to the dishwasher needed to be replaced, but other than that, all the appliances we used were in good condition. We all enjoyed our stay here!
