Elke gast kan achterover leunen en samen genieten van zijn tijd in dit tropische 2 verdiepingen tellende "Island Style" appartement met drie slaapkamers, twee volledige plus een half badkamers.



Terwijl je hier bent, kunt u genieten van golfen op twee golfbanen Waikoloa Beach Resort. De Beach cursus en Cursus de Kings 'zijn beide mooie lay-outs die uitdagend en toch plezierig om te spelen kan zijn. The Kings 'Course driving range, clubhuis, en grill zijn op loopafstand van uw huis. Er zijn verschillende andere golfbanen van wereldklasse op korte rijafstand, zoals in de Mauna Lani en Mauna Kea Resorts die net ten noorden van Waikoloa liggen.


Vanaf de veranda van uw Hawaiian "hale" (thuis), zult u genieten van de ochtend zonsopgangen terwijl met uitzicht op de 15e green van Beach Golf Course Waikoloa's, met de prachtige Hualalai vulkaan op de achtergrond. We enjoyed our time here. The space is lovely, the amenities are great. We loved the pool and the body boards were a hit with my kids. There is a lot here in the home for our use and it was appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great place for a family

Our family enjoyed all this condo had to offer! With four kids and four adults we had plenty of space. Kids loved the big pool just across the way. The kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans/utensils for cooking and we used the grills in the pool area as well. Convenient location to shops and great beaches! The garage was also full of stuff to use at the beach like chairs, umbrellas, mats, boards, and toys.

The condo was right across from the pool, which was awesome! The unit itself was very spacious. Just a few suggestions- maybe think of having Kleenex available & better toiletries. I had to bring my body wash from home. We ran out of ice from the freezer, not sure why it didn’t make more. Had a very relaxing extended weekend.

Beautifully spacious accommodations!

Great place for a large family. We didn’t use the amenities much, but the condo was spacious and clean. Loved having laundry available in the unit too. Great shower water pressure too! It was great that they had beach chairs and body boards in the garage for us to use as well.

Beautiful unit!

Our family stayed in this unit for a week and had a wonderful time! It was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfy and bathrooms large. Communication with the management company was amazing and they definitely helped answer any and all questions! Location was great, right next to the pool and the view of the golf course was very pretty. Garage was full of beach toys and bicycles, which was a nice bonus! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Truly amazing stay! From the accommodations to the responsiveness to fix one of the bikes over a holiday weekend, we couldn't be happier. WOW!!! Great stay!

This is a wonderful condo/apartment! The accommodations are truly spacious. The living room and dining room are big and comfortable. The kitchen can have four people in it without problem. Parking is easy, but the garage will not accommodate a car due to the cupboard, bikes and beach supplies. The upstairs is awesome! Two spacious bedrooms and a large master bedroom. The onsuite is so open and the tub is separate from the shower. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer worked great. Overall this was a fabulous location and this was a great stay for all eight family members! Mahalo Nui Loa to Restorica Hawaii!

Home away from Home

Townhome is spacious and beautiful! So much charm and character. I’m a native that moved to the mainland & to stay at this specific Vrbo unit gave an awesome welcome home vibe. Great additional outdoor sports/leisure items for all ages. If I had to critique, it would be that faux plants NEEDS to be dusted and balcony chairs should be cleaned from bird poop prior to renters check-in. In all, great experience!

Fun Family vacation

Hi, we enjoyed this condo and it had everything we needed and more. The central air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The condo was close to the pool. There was some disruption with the pool for maintenance but it was not for long. It was not convenient to have to lock and unlock the pool area and other areas with only one key for all of us to coordinate. The tennis court was always available. We used the fitness room regularly and it was appreciated and great. Nice location to beaches and shops. Toys and beach items were great and we didn't need to buy anything. It would have been nice to have 2 operational bikes (one had a flat when we arrived) but we did use the one bike daily. I would recommend this place to all! Thanks for the lovely stay in Kona.

This is what you think of when you envision yourself on vacation in Hawaii! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The views were spectacular and the location can’t be beat. We really appreciated the beach gear (boogie boards, towels, coolers, umbrella, and wagon) for trips to Hapuna. The kids made use of the tennis courts and our family enjoyed time on the lanai. We are already planning how/when our family can come stay here again! The only the improvements I would suggest are more attention to detail in the cleaning of the master bathroom shower floor and toilet, and dusting of the floral arrangements. Those issues were minor however, and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent property. Washing machine was not working while waiting for a part to be repaired. Property manager Mona instead quickly got all our laundry washed for us making the matter painless for us! Great stay!
