Mooie 2e verdieping unit Aan de Golfbaan, Loopafstand naar het strand, restaurants, winkels

Gelegen op het prachtige Waikoloa Beach Course, 1ste fairway en groen met de Petroglyph Trail en Mauna Kea als decor, de tweede verdieping unit heeft twee slaapkamers met kingsize bedden en opties voor afzonderlijke aparte bedden, een open veranda en royale leefruimte voor uw vakantie plezier. De hoge plafonds en deuren geven een extra ruimtelijk gevoel. Een volledig uitgeruste keuken en wasserij machines in het appartement maken het zich thuis voelen. Een gereserveerde parkeerplaats in de schaduwrijke carport ligt recht tegenover het gebouw. De infinity pool, jacuzzi en bbq maken voor de grote dag en avond outdoor plezier.

Een korte wandeling naar de Kings Shops en de Queens Marketplace bieden veel winkels en restaurants, waaronder Hawaiian entertainment op het outdoor podia. Een grote familie gebied rondom met het Marriott Hotel en Hilton Waikoloa om de hoek, waar u kunt genieten van de Dolphin Quest en grote snorkelen en zwemmen in Anaeho'omalu Bay (1/4 mijl van onze deur naar het strand met winkels in tussen). Wandeling langs de kust op de Fisherman's parcours.

De grote bodyboarden Hapuna Beach ligt op slechts 10 minuten rijden ten noorden. Breng een picknick (koeler, strandstoelen en boogie boards in de unit voor uw gebruik) en breng een paar uur spelen in de warme oceaan! Minstens 8 stranden om uit te kiezen binnen een paar minuten tussen Waikoloa, Mauna Lani, Hapuna Prins en Mauna Kea.

This was our second stay at Fairway Villas and it this unit, in particular, was great! The host called while we were there and we had a great conversation. Allyson, the local concierge was terrific. Great Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay in Waikoloa. This condo is well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach equipment, great view from the Lanai, easy walk to King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace, and the pool/hot tub. Hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This condo was a great home base to explore all Hawaii has to offer. Thank you so much!

My husband and I have had our third consecutive stay at this well appointed, spotlessly clean, amply supplied condo. We especially appreciated the availability of numerous beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards etc,The view of the golf course is stunning enjoying several meals on the lanai.The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, along with a short drive to multiple beautiful beaches.The owners Dick and Kathi are truly outstanding to work with, responding promptly to questions or concerns and checking in upon arrival.We highly recommend this comfortable condo and look forward to our stay at our Hawaii home away from home next year !

Wonderful Family Vacation!

I can’t say enough about how amazing this condo truly is. It was spotless upon arriving. The location is perfect with outstanding views. Beautiful Golf Course View

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The lanai overlooking the golf course was a very pleasant place to sit and watch golfers and also many different kinds of birds. Well appointed 2nd floor home. Pool across the way, easy, & 8am aerobics Monday & Thursday. Friendly neighbors. Close to markets & restaurants, like Roy's & Lava Lava. 5 min. drive to Tommy Bahamas.And all the great beaches.

Lovely well appointed condo. The unit is very quiet and the views were great. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything one might need to be comfortable…there was a nice little goody basket for guests that included coffee and treats. Highly recommend!

Wonderful retreat

We enjoyed our annual family vacation to the Big Island and this comfortable residence contributed to us hanging out and having a place to eat together and hangout . We loved the Hawaiian decorations and placement of practical things to help us feel home like the hooks outside to let things dry after washing and the outdoor boogie board and snorkel and coolers were so helpful on our daily outings . We enjoyed staying at Waikoloa for the first time and this place made it convenient to walk to shave ice at the King shops and go to the beach and see turtles near by.

We loved the condo and there’s everything we need for our family of 4. Our kids enjoyed the pool/spa. They swam every day and when done they would take a quick walk to Starbucks! The condo is close to the market, gift shop and more. We definitely would recommend this place.

All the raving reviews are accurate. The property had everything we needed for a family of 4 and then some. It truly was a "home away from home" but my home doesn't sit on a golf course with a 15 minute drive to the beach :). This property is centrally located to food and shops. Stop searching and book this property!

Wonderful condo!

We always stay at the Fairway Villas, but this particular unit was wonderful. The welcome gift was very nice to see, and the unit is well-furnished and stocked with everything you might need. We loved waking up to the views of Mauna Kea from our view and enjoyed the view while having coffee on the lanai. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great Stay

We have had our second great stay in this condo which is very welcoming and comfortable. The unit is well stocked, especially the kitchen. All of your beach needs are available including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers etc. The owners are fantastic to deal with, checking in prior to arrival and during our stay. Very prompt response to questions. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is beautiful especially the sunrises many mornings. We are looking forward to future stays at this property and would highly recommend.
