Hale 'O Malina ligt in het prachtige dorp Waikoloa. Het "dorp" zoals het liefdevol wordt genoemd, ligt net op de weg van golfbanen van wereldklasse, ongerepte stranden, prachtige resorts, geweldige restaurants en nog veel meer!

Dit huis heeft gewelfde plafonds in de familiekamer, een bijgewerkte keuken, a / c en plafondventilatoren overal. Boven vindt u 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, waaronder de master. Beneden is een extra slaapkamer en badkamer. Dit huis biedt uw keuze aan dineren binnen of buiten terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht op de bergen en de oceaan.

Geniet na een lange dag op het strand van het gemak van een eigen buitendouche. Ontspan en ontspan vervolgens in het privébubbelbad buiten of rond de vuurplaats. Bekijk de zonsondergang vanaf de Lanai boven terwijl u een deel van onze verse eilandvissen grilt.

Geniet tijdens uw verblijf in Hale 'O Malina van de golfbaan Robert Trent Jones, het zwembad en de tennisbanen. Het dorp heeft een volledig scala aan diensten, waaronder een supermarkt, een medisch kantoor, een bank, een tankstation, een zakencentrum, enz.

Deze woning heeft een klein appartement op de eerste verdieping ook bekend in Hawaii als een "Ohana". De eerste verdieping Ohana is momenteel bezet door onze beheerders. Ze kunnen u helpen met eventuele dringende behoeften en bieden hun suggesties om het meeste uit uw tijd in het paradijs te halen!

Hawaiian Paradise

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hale o Malina! The home was clean and a perfect space for a mid-size family (we had 7 in our party). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals there. We ate nearly every meal on the BEAUTIFUL wrap around porch that overlooked the ocean. Now let’s talk about the grounds. The whole outside of the house is a tropical paradise! Our boys loved running around the yard looking for geckos, falling coconuts and playing ball. The porch has so many quiet, cozy spaces to soak in the quiet of the neighborhood and beautiful views! The back yard is so relaxing with the fire pit and hot tub. The outdoor shower was a super fun and unique addition-our boys loved cleaning off in there after a long day at the beach. The only slight downside is how far the property is from beach access. It’s a minimum 20 min drive to the local beaches. But it’s also nice to be close to the mountain pass to get to the other side of the island faster than when staying in Kona. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely, large home close to great beaches

We stayed with our family of 7 adults. Check in was easy and the home was clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking a variety of meals at home. It was great to have beach chairs and gear that we could take to the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Loved the house and the view. Great location and awesome sunset views from the poarch. Only issue was the ac was not central ac and the one mini split in the main kitchen and livingroom was not adequate. No air in bathrooms abedrooms stay cool if you left on all day

Wonderful Home

My family had an amazing time staying here. The home is beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this space. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. Hapuna Beach is right down the road and we visited twice during our stay. I can't speak highly enough about our stay here. It was perfect in every way.

Beautiful rental in great location

We loved this rental. The front porch and it view of the ocean was our favorite for both morning coffee and watching the sunset. The house was immaculate and well appointed with appliances and dishes. The refrigerator was immaculate as were dishes but there were a few spices for use. This has been one of our favorite rentals! The pool is usable and just a short drive away b joy it is mostly used for lap swimming by older people. We didn’t feel it was a. Great place for kids to play- fine with us the ocean was amazing and there are day passes available at Hilton Waikoloa. The Waikoloa village grocery store and restaurants are very close. Highly recommend this rental.

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

Everything was just as presented online only better. The neighborhood was so quiet and the property so well landscaped for privacy as well as tropical beauty that we felt safe and pampered. Everything we needed was provided . We especially enjoyed sunset from the front porch and late nights out back. This was a special week for us as we island hopped. Perfect!

This home was so comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed beautiful mornings on the front Lanai and evenings in the back either in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Family vacation

We loved the spacious layout of the house especially the outdoor spaces. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was a bit farther out of the way than we realized, so requires some extra drive time to get everywhere. The pool is actually down in the Waikoloa community and was difficult to figure out so we only took advantage of it once.

We are a family of 8 & found this home very comfortable. It’s well equipped & in a lovely residential neighborhood. A bit of a drive to sights but easily accessible by car. The manager Lani is very accommodating with any questions or needs.

Beautiful home

This home was gorgeous! It was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for cooking meals at the house. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the view off the porch every morning and evening. Sunsets were beautiful! Watching the starts come out in the hot tub was amazing. Would definitely stay again on a return trip to Hawaii.

My family and I very much enjoyed staying in your well appointed home. Your home was a perfect fit for our extended family of six – including myself, my son and his family, as well as my eldest grandchild. We all very much enjoyed the ocean view, with the ability to see perfect sunsets, all from the comfort of your spacious deck. Your home was a perfect location/home base for our activities at several nearby beaches, plus ready access to the Queen's and King's shopping areas, plus only about a 20 minute drive to the Hilton Waikoloa, where my two granddaughters and I went swimming with the dolphins. After each day of activities, we looked forward to returning to your comfortable home for a relaxing evening and a nice meal prepared by my son - the chief in the family - who enjoyed having plenty of prep space in your kitchen. We all enjoyed your three lighted palm trees in the landscape, and came home with some great evening photos of your home, which now rotate on my wife's computer desktop. This trip with my family was one of my bucket list items - check that box - and a trip I'd like to repeat sometime. My entire family would highly recommend this home for those who are looking for a relaxing and quiet environment, plus having all the amenities of home. Aloha!"

GORGEOUS HOME!!!!

Caroline’s home is absolutely perfect. So beautiful decorated and the lay out is perfect. Very thoughtfully done. Outdoor areas are just gorgeous. The huge front porch/veranda is the best spot on the property. Gorgeous views and beautiful place to watch the sunset!! I would not hesitate to stay here again. We travelled all over the island. Wonderful house for a group

We stayed here for 8 days in January. 3 couples and 1 toddler. It was very comfortable for all of us. The house is in a great location for doing hiking and going to some really great beaches (15 minutes drive to three fantastic beaches). It's a longer drive if you want to do a lot of stuff in downtown Kona. The house had towels, beach towels, snorkeling gear, coolers, beach chairs. All great to have! Wish there had been some beach toys for kids. Nice kitchen that had most of what we needed (Some tupperware and more ziplock bags would have been nice). The backyard and outdoor shower is very nice! When we were there the AC was acting up a little but honestly, not using AC and just having the breeze from windows was really nice. Loved the sound of the wind and the Hawaiian birds! FYI one of the reasons we booked this place was access to the community pool. Unfortunately it is now closed. :( That was a bummer but we just went to the beach every day. It was fine. I would most definitely book this house! It was large, comfortable, had some nice amenities (hot tub was great!). Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Great Family Home in Waikaola Village!

From the time you saw the home from the street to touring it the first time you felt like you were at home..... this place worked so well for our large group of parents and adult children. A well planned out space with gorgeous lanai looking out to the view and a shaded lanai in the back with pergola, fire pit and hot tub, you felt the indoor/outdoor nature of this home. Caroline was a great owner to work with and responded to texts and messages promptly. We loved being in Waikaloa Village as we wanted to further explore the northern part of the Big Island while reducing the "drive" - so hiking, beaches and quick trips to the windward side of the island. Thanks Caroline - we would come back in a heartbeat!

Best place to stay!

Where do I start with a review after such an incredible stay?! Caroline is a delight to work with and she made sure our stay was special even before we arrived.  The house layout was perfect for our group of six. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful flowers and landscaping both in the front yard and in the back near the hot tub made for a tranquil setting. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make great meals (including a night of grilling). We felt at home and cared for throughout our experience. You can't go wrong selecting this property for your Hawaiian adventure!
