Aloha! De idyllische omgeving van dit fantastische penthouse op de bovenste verdieping biedt een adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan en is het perfecte toevluchtsoord voor twee stellen of vrienden die samen op familiereis zijn.



De unit bestaat uit twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers en biedt plaats aan maximaal vier personen. Tijdens uw verblijf in Waikoloa Beach Resort heeft u recht op de tarieven van de gastgolf voor golf op de Beach Course of de Kings Course.


De meubels in het pand zijn van een zeer hoge standaard en modern design en liggen uitgespreid over 1230 vierkante meter. De woonkamer is ruim en biedt een grote flatscreen-tv en schuifdeuren die uitkomen op een wrap-around dining Lanai. 



Open en uitnodigend, de woonkamer mondt uit in de eet- en keukenruimte en zorgt voor een aangenaam briesje. De gastronomische keuken is volledig uitgerust met roestvrijstalen apparatuur en alle benodigde kookgerei om een heerlijke maaltijd te bereiden. De zitplaatsen voor de ontbijtbar bieden een informele eetruimte met zitplaatsen voor drie personen en sluiten aan op de eetkamer met een prachtige eettafel voor maximaal zes personen.


U vindt romantiek, luxe en ontspanning in de master-en-suite die een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv biedt, en opent naar de wrap-around Lanai. De grote badkamer is voorzien van dubbele wastafels en een prachtige inloopdouche. De logeerkamer bevindt zich in de buurt van de grote badkamer en biedt een queensize bed en een flatscreen-tv.


Het betoverende Waikoloa zoutwater en verwarmd zwembad mengt zich perfect in de wuivende palmbomen en biedt ligstoelen en tafels.

Ook inbegrepen is; basic kookgerei, servies, drinkware, koffiezetapparaat, mixer, wasmachine / droger, haardroger, bed-en badlinnen, strijkijzer, air-conditioning, draadloze service, basic kabel-tv. Er zijn strandhanddoeken voor uw gebruik.


Waikoloa Beach Resort is een voetgangersvriendelijk resort met 2 openluchtwinkelcentra, Queens 'MarketPlace en Kings' Shops, Hilton Waikoloa (direct aan de overkant van de straat) en Waikoloa Beach Marriott en Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) - allemaal op loopafstand van de flat.



Geniet van het witte zandstrand van Anaeho'omalu Bay ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen, die vele watersporten biedt van dit pittoreske strand, samen met het zeer populaire restaurant Lava Lava Beach Club. Watersporten zijn windsurfen, zwemmen, zeilen, snorkelen, boot met glazen bodem, duiktrips, excursies om walvissen te spotten, etc. We bieden ook een volledige conciërgeservice om uw reis perfect te maken.


Al onze vakantieaccommodaties zijn onder meer een basis "opstarttoevoer" van: wasmiddel, vuilniszakken, keukenspons, vloeibare zeep, tabbladen voor vaatwassers, papieren handdoeken, toiletpapier, shampoo / conditioner, kleine zeep en zout / peper. Er worden geen bakoliën en specerijen verstrekt. Zodra de opstartvoorziening op is, kunt u er zelf voor kiezen om extra benodigdheden aan te schaffen als dat nodig is. Reinigingsoplosmiddelen worden niet meegeleverd.

This unit is what we will be watching for availability wise for future visits. Didn't use the guest room but it was impressive. The Master was ideal with a most comfortable bed. We did dine out on the Lani multiple times. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Parking spot is the best.Very quiet and did enjoy hearing the music from a luau off in the distance while we dined out on the Lani. Wi-Fi and television program service is excellent. A very comfortable home away from our home

Comfortable, clean, quiet, well-stocked

The location is perfect for exploring the entire Big Island. 30 min from Kona, 1.5 hrs from Hilo, 2 hrs from the volcano, and many fantastic beaches just minutes away. The beach and snorkeling supplies were in great condition and made a big difference. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing location!

So we have stayed in Waikoloa Beach area several times over the last 4 years. All locations we have stayed at have been nice and convenient for shops, beach, eating etc, the whole area is beautiful! This condo had great sunset, water, and golf courses views! The only draw back was that it sits near a small intersection(stop sign). So sleeping with the doors/windows open you would hear cars every once in a while. It’s only a 25 mph road and a stop sign. The restaurant Tropics Ale House was about a 3-5 minute walk from the front door of the condo, the food and service was amazing! We ate here for convenience several times! But there are several other great restaurants we ate at in the community and they were all very good also! Someone in another comment said there was no elevator, which is funny because it was literally straight out from the front door only 12 steps away, I counted them, lol. We only used it for moving in and out. This unit has one of the best parting spots in the area, in the shade under a tree and right next to the sidewalk to the stairs! The actual ocean is maybe a 7-10 minute walk. Down the stairs, out the condo community gate, walk to the intersection, cross the street walk about a block and down the trail through the fish ponds and you are at the ocean. You can see the path from the lanai of this unit. We raced down there one evening with only about 5 mins before sunset and got to waters edge just after it had set, was still amazing! Thank you!

First Birthday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our son and his family live in Hawi and we were there for our grandson's first birthday! The living area was very clean and spacious as was the lanai. We would love to stay there again on our next trip. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. My only suggestion would be that there might be a few more dish towels in the kitchen. We also never could figure out how to turn on the light over the table, however we did not call to ask for help either so that's not a criticism. As usual the grounds were beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool!

loveley spacious unit- good ac (cannot go below 74 degress but that was plenty cold- along with shutters to keep up sun mid afternoon and fans) very well equipped kitchen great appliances very spacious and very quiet (inside) and comfortable very very comfortable bed nice lanai furniture very nice pool furniture and lots of them/umbrella/sun and shade con- for me - not necessarily others- vehicular traffic noise from two roads and the luau sounds from the Hilton (music etc) most evenings. pool- it is only one depth- 3.5 feet the entire pool- good for laps and colling off but it is quite shallow

Wonderful place to stay!

Two couples stayed here and it was wonderful! Great central location and stores close by. Each morning we walked 5 min down to the beach and there is a scenic path along the shore that takes you to a long sandy beach with lawn chairs, good snorkeling, and even the Lava Lava Beach club for dinners. Incredible sunsets from here. The patio closet was well stocked with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler, and umbrella. Only downside was that the bedroom on the deck didn't have blinds that closed. The sheer curtains let in light in the morning and was a little exposing at nighttime. With new blinds, this home would be perfect.

Property was dirty and dated. AC very noisy as it is in a closet across from 2nd bedroom. TV’S in bedrooms didn’t work properly and there was no guide. Elevator was out of service for almost two days and we had no advance notice. Elevator was dirty and had food spill. Took two days to get it cleaned. Ceiling had leak thru the ceiling fixture. The property needs new furniture and cushions as they were old and soiled. Not worth what we paid.

Lovely Waikoloa rental

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in the Waikaloa resort area. On the whole, the Waikaloa resort area is our favorite place in Hawaii, and we recommend this location as a place to base while on the Big Island. It is a nice area with multiple developments The property itself looks very much like the photos. It is spacious, was clean, well-located, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. There is also a lot of beach equipment available in the patio closet. It was also a fairly quiet building. Beds were comfortable, and it is well set up for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed, and their own bathrooms. It is located within walking distance to the Queen and King shops, as well as the Hilton Waikaloa Village. The dedicated parking spot is super convenient to both the stairs and the elevator. As far as drawbacks, the biggest issue was the blinds in the master bedroom. It is not possible to close the blinds, so light streams in early in the morning (like 5am). I called Resortica, the company that manages this property, and they said someone would come to look at it. As far as I know, no one ever came, but we were busy traveling during the days so I didn't have it in me to keep calling them. It wasn't a huge deal for us because we are early risers, but for those who are not you might want to consider another property. I'm also not keen on the doors that have slats, such as bathroom and bedroom doors. They feel less private to me, but given that I was traveling with family it was not a problem for us. There is definitely some wear and tear visible on the furniture, which is understandable for a rental, but nothing that would cause problems for our visit. For what it's worth, I would recommend renting directly through Resortica rather than through VRBO. Once I booked it went into the Resortica system, and making changes to the travel date wound up being a whole ordeal because it wasn't available in the VRBO system. Overall, this is a great option in Waikaloa, and I would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here and would come again. The decks are awesome - we lived out there! Kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of towels, and we enjoyed having the beach chairs so we could go to Hapuna Beach. Great central location - near everything!
